There is a crossed wire or a pinched wire somewhere in the wire bundle causing a back feed from one circuit to another. That's the worst kind to trouble shoot because to find it you have to uncover the wire harness from the dash all the way to the brake lights. That means a lot of trim and panel removal.

There are contacts in the door jam, first check and clean these contacts. If they seem fine, and you have a way to check for power on these, test and make sure they supply voltage with a volt/ohm meter. If you are getting power through the contacts, that only leaves the lock actuator itself as being faulty.

Caravan? Is the battery ok? Will it crak over. How have you checked that the above is correct please? Kindly add more detail and resubmit the query. The only think I can think of without more detail is that the vehicle has major wiring issues. Please check again for the fuel supply

could be 2 things bad smart key and probably shift cable disconnected under steering wheel

Replace the Gas Cap.

V6 3.3 or 3.8 Loosen the water pump pulley bolts. Remove the drivebelt. To do this remove the left front tire. Remove the inner fender splash sheild. Put wrench on lug on left side of tensioner.lifting up counterclockwise. Remove belt. Remove pulley bolts. Position the pulley to allow access to the water pump bolts. Make sure to clean everything off of the timing case cover &the bolt holes. RTV black

Problem is the blower motor or resistor has gone bad

There is a fuse.. check your light switch. you did not say if they would not work on high or low ? or both. if both fuse, switch
