My fuel pump is not getting any power the fuses are ok
Check the fuel pump relay located in the fuse panel under the hood. Switch it temporarily with the horn relay or the a/c relay. Check for power at the pump. If it starts it's fixed and u now have a horn inop or ur a/c is inop. Change relay is the fix. If no power to relay check wires for corrosion and check continuity. If wires are good and you end up with power at the tank , then the problem might be that u need a fuel pump rockauto.com has great prices . Check em out! Have someone set ebrake and turn the key holding it in the on position. Bang on the tank with a rubber mallet. If it starts u kno it needs a fuel pump.

it sounds like the motor is slipping or the gear that drives the seat is stripped

bad clockspring contacts in steering hub.
no matter way we use a voltmeter to solve this, riddle in 5min work.
i always start in the middle (training) to make 1/2 the possible go byebye in 1 simple test.
ask.
if the relay dont pull in at failure, bingo. 1/2 problem solved.
is this clear?
that would say the relay is bad, or power to it lost
or the horn button path is dead.
causing 2 more simple tests.
ask. if you own a $10 meter... volt meter. of any kind ever made.
Replaced faulty ambiant temp sensor
These sensors are not supposed to be super accurate so, a couple of degrees out is prob reasonable.
You may have a higher resistance in that circuit which could give different readings so check and clean all connectors and plug fittings.

Brake lights will not come
The tail lights working would not necessarily mean that the brake light bulbs are good. If they are the type that have a double filament (ie: one filament for the tail light and another filament for the brake light ) the brake light filament could be bad and the tail lights still would work.
If they are either single filament type bulbs or double filament type, I would check the bulb, fuses, and contact switch on the brake pedal.
