It either has Tire Pressure Monitor (TPM), or Flat Tire Monitor (FTM)

TPM:Checks the tire inflation pressure in the four mounted tires. The system indicates if the tire inflation pressure has dropped considerably in one or several tires.

FTM:Keeps track of the inflation pressures in the four mounted tires as you drive. The system triggers an alert whenever the inflation pressure drops significantly in relation to the pressure in another tire.

Unfortunately, water based solutions will destroy the navigation system if spilled on the electronic side of it.

Depending on how much was spilled, it probably fried the electronics in the unit, and the entire unit should be replaced.

A code will probably have to be entered in a used unit to make it work after installing the new/used one.

Sorry about that.

Remove lower trim from instrument panel.
Remove side trim panel on center console.
Take out the power cable to the resistor.
Remove blower cover - 7 screws.
Remove the power cable of the fan motor from the resistor and remove it - 2 screws.
Replace only with genuine BMW parts, cheaper parts will fail quickly and fry the entire climate control unit.

BMW uses Casteroil 5W-30 Full Synthetic Oil in all there engines except the M-series. After changing the oil the service light will nedd to be reset by the dealer, this is the only way it can be reset, it is part of the new Condition Based Service (CBS) system. Hope this helps, let me know.

Good day.Your problem may cause a second things.st improper use of engine oil viscosity numbers, 2 low pressure in the lubricating system. In poor lubrication is needed to answer the question, a few deleted, and find out why these options: Suction basket is oil in order of entry is not blocked or distorted, and reduced oil flow?It is not clogged or restricted flow oil filter? Measure the device's real pressure oil pump provides oil and whether it is within the tolerances of the manufacturer? Determine whether or not clogged or otherwise restricted lubrication system in distribution channels of the engine? In the case where this all goes well then it will only be a faulty sensor lubricant pressure and still shows the "low pressure" in fact, it is good :-) The picture of oil system in your motor.fac423d.png

DTC - Dynamic Traction Control is it system takes care of that order, for example in winter into the snow when you need fast acceleration, wheels without DTC rotate, and traction is no good! DTC via the ABS sensors to monitor the movement of each wheel identifies the situation when: front-wheel stands, but the back spining = traction is poor and corrects output from engine, gearbox, braking and traction conditions that were ideal for smooth start!

BMW in the service is used for diagnosis of GT-1 and one can write what's wrong, what the wheel is, you can even raised hands and wheel rotate. GT-1 to look at a signal about how to spin. Signal from the ABS sensor. When the sensor signal is wrong. If you are not sure that the diagnosis should be done and they would know what's wrong now. The one who made the diagnosis was a mistake to try to GT-1/ service function / pr?fplan / ABS sensoren control when move it. If the key is in off position it won't drain battery.
You may have battery draw in that vehicle , or the battery itself is going out.(BMW batteries are good for 4-5 years)
Both cases needs to be checked by workshop , cause BMW very sensetive to the voltage drop. When you disconnect battery you may need to perform some settings adaptation after you replace it or connect it back.
New BMW requared to reset computer even after brake job and battery replacement.
