1st of all, turning over and cranking are both the same thing,,, you meant to say it would not start if you have a preasure test port it willl be in the rail , at the begining or end, not in the hoses , some models do not have a test shradder port but if you go to autozone and for about $25 purchase a tester it comes with adapters to connect between the injection rail and the hose (after you disconnect it with the correct quick disconnect tool) it has a port on it for test purposes only not as a permanent add on

taking that it is an automatic you should not be able to start it an anything other than neutral or park That is switches and nothing to do with the transmission so get that sorted first now if you put it in first ( drive) and it doesn't move , that indicates that the torque converter clutch servo/solenoid is not working ( wiring , connections , TCM or solenoid with no 4th or OD it is the servo/ solenoid , VSS, or TCM problems So what can you check wiring and harness connections run the fault codes as that may give an indication of the faults take it to a professional auto shop for a proper diagnosis and quote

Sounds like you have lose wire in the door switch try charging your Battery up again and see what happens when you push the button in the door frame in and let it pop back into position by default a power surge or a short will reset your clock back to start at 12:00 and if its not working correctly or a wire has become dislodged and found earth the lights will remain on until the computer turns it of when the charge is only enough to keep the computer going to unlock an keep memory alive. Hello Amy, not a POS, just has quirks like all vehicles do. It's a very good engine. I'm going to address the bad idle which is very common after the battery was disconnected for any reason. This is a job that you can do yourself for around $8. Remove fuses # 10 and # 28 under the hood, then remove the throttle body and clean both sides with a sensor safe spray like Seafoam. It's just 4 bolts and a electrical connector that it. This will solve your rough idle when every your AC or Defroster are on. The other lights, do they go off if you turn the car off and restart with the steering wheel pointing straight?

Check the plugs and see if they have fuel on them if not check the catalytic converter it could be plugged and putting back pressure on the engine and not allowing the fuel into the cylinders. Can you spray fuel into the throttle body and get it to run. If so you may have a fuel pump problem or fuel filter issue. I am betting on the cat. you can pull the o2 sensor ahead of the cat and the engine should run if it is plugged. It will run rough but at least it should start.

Some part's store are able to read ABS code ! \A wheel bearing going bad can cause false ABS activation .

The Olds Bravada is full time AWD. There is no switch, it is either working or it doesn't and needs service.
