That should be enough time to reset the emission systems. Did you clear codes since then or remove the battery or one its cables for another reason?Check to make sure all the battery cables are tight and clean. Sometimes if a cable doesn't have a good connection to the battery due to being loose or dirty, it may not allow the battery to keep the car's memory when it's shut off so may reset the emissions.

No. Ther is no cooling system for engine oil.Many vehicles have automatic transmission, cooler's built into the radiator.

THE ONLY THING THAT IS COMMON TO ALL YOUR PROBLEMS IS THE GROUND CIRCUT. CHECK THE ENGINE AND THE BODY GROUNDS.

don't know if this is the solution or not. was told that it is an on board air compressor. is noise in the rear of the vehicle? could be for the suspension or shocks maybe?? worth looking in that direction.

Some vehicle do have a filter at the end of the ventline and must be replaced.. aslo can cause fuel guage to act eratic as the tank vacums when driving.. can be the case if you travel dirt roads lots..

Normally there is a small tube inside the filler pipe to balance the air pressure while refueling. There could be a restriction in the filler pipe.
