Car wont start without a jump all lights

Seems you may have more than one problem. A few questions you must answer first. If you have to jump it to start it,then your battery is dead are you have a draw draining the battery. Now if it dies right away look at your security light and see if it is on. Probably your security system is thinking someone stole the battery and shuts the fuel system down. Change the battery and Google the reset security system on 1997 Olds Achieva and you probably be set to go

Are you using the original key? IF so then the chip might be bad. If not then that is the issue.

If it is your transmission you should get a check engine light. You most likely have a motor or transmission mount going bad so when you torque up the driveline the engine/tranny do not stay on a even plane, it is twisting too much. This can also be caused by the axles going bad. Change out both axles and look for a mount or 2 that is bad. That should fix your problem.

Starting problem

Sounds like a fuel problem. However need to know more. Where did you attach wire to?I am thinking you may have a bad fuel pump relay but, hard to tell without the car here.

MASS AIR FLOW SENSOR REPLACEMENT & DIAGRAMS

Very easy for the Mass Air Flow Sensor....it is in the duct between the throttle body and the air filter box. Just unclamp the tube and remove the old and replace with the new.

Intrigue AC

Well the light has to be on for the compressor to run, but the problem may be something other than the switch. Someone would need to trace the wiring from the compressor clutch back to find out if it has power. There is a relay and at least two pressure switches involved.

Turn signal doesn't work

Remove old light bulb. Clean all contacts, put some die-electric grease on the new bulb, reinstall. Since I did that to my Intrigue I haven't any problems with bulbs blowing. I think it's a problem with moisture getting inside and the grease stops the bulb from shorting out.
