i would take to a repair shop for this sort of thing or get yourself a good workshop manual

The vacuum from the compressor running is what draws the freon into the system. Look and see if the compressor is running if it is in fact running then you could have a restriction in the system. If it is not running there are a lot of things that can happen that will not allow the clutch on the compressor to engage. If you like give me a call and I help you get your A/C working. most probably outside gearbox leverage disconnected... reconnect - find where - can't be too hard

check the ground first

If it won't crank, did you bypass the neutral safety switch ?

If the car has not ran very long since you did the cleaning it might be excess throttle body cleaner in the intake manifold. Otherwise, your is with the throttle body. The throttle body controls the air to the engine, the computer controls its position and everything else in the air/fuel mixture. I would double check to make sure that the throttle body is closing completely. If that is not the problem, I would look for either a leaking gasket or a hole in the system somewhere between the throttle body and the engine. Because if you are getting too much air to the engine, the computer will think that is the rpm that it is supposed to be running, and it will give the engine fuel to burn the air.

The problem is that you have the timing off and needs to be reset also check the cam and crank censors some of them have to be replaced when you do the timing belt it throws them out. But the timming is still out if it is comming out intake.
