Screeching noise coming from the drive belt is
When your drive belt becomes old and stretches so it is no longer tight enough the belt will make a loud squealing noise and will need to be replaced. While the drive belt is off during replacement, you or the mechanic replacing the belt will need to turn each pulley in the system that can be turned by hand to see if any of those are making a metallic noise also. If they make a metallic noise, they are worn out. It is common for a drive belt to wear out and cause this noise.
Gas consuming
First of all, is it leaking anywhere ? Second check your air filter.Third check your tire pressure on all tires,make sure they are all the same and at what psi they are supposed to be.Fourth check for mud caked on your inside rims.Also if car is running rough get plugs and maybe wires and get an oil change.
Vehicle entry problem
THAT really sounds like someone is pranking you by swapping your car for another car just like it.

He needs to check the fuel flow as well as pressure , All so a blocked muffler can have this affect
Won't restart after driving awhile
Try cleaning and resetting the throttle body 1st, if its not a dirty air or fuel filter. It might be the fuel pump but cleaning and replacing filters is a cheaper way to eliminate small problems 1st.
High Idle Speed
The idle speed is not supposed to be adjustable. It is controlled by the computer.What you may have is a vac leak, or the throttle cable may not be adjusted correctly.If the throttle plate is completely closed, and there are no vac leaks, the idle air control valve is supposed to control idle speed by regulating how much air enters the intake.
