At your firewall there is a inlet and a outlet for coolant to go thru your heretofore it sounds like it's plugged take the hoses off at the firewall hook up a couple how's to the inlet and outlet a water source to the inlet force clean water thru the inlet dirty water should float out of the outlet hook your hoses back up run to temperature turn your heat on

If you are mechanically handy and have the proper tools and equipment, should be no problems. Just make sure you are always keeping safety in mind.

Security on Fords are a pain. First code readers can't/won't help you. It takes a scanner to read security codes. Yours seems intermittent. First, while it is acting OK, if you don't have an extra key for it, go get it and have it programmed it in. If this seems to take care of your problem, go get another and have it programmed. Transponders/keys do die. Thing with the keys, Ford requires 2 keys to reset the security, if your one key is dead. Now you have to have it towed, and purchase 2 new keys from Ford. Ford keys are cheap, But from Ford, your looking at close to $300 for 2 of them.. Scanners will give codes to point you in a direction. Some shops will read codes for free, Just ask them to read the security codes. Active and history codes are what you need to know. You would like to see no valid key/transponder codes. This tells you that it is a bad key, bad receiver or a bad wire close to the receiver. Receivers don't need programmed. It wraps around the ignition lock cylinder. $50 and an hour later, your back on the road.

The only thing that can cause no heat is the blend door and or actuator or the cooling system has gas bubbles in it or the heater core is plugged with rust..

The you may have bent the fuel level sensor arm or the fuel pump module is defective, this assumes you put a new fuel level sending unit in with the new pump.

Have a diagnostic test done on it to find out if the ECM is faulty or a sensor that connects to it.

What number do you need? If all you need is the size that is in the vin. They came with a 4.6l and 5.4l v8. Usually the underhood sticker will tell you which one you have.

Usually requires a copy of your title as well as your registration and of course proper ID. The dealer can have it Emailed to them and Program cut it or they will overnight ship it to You Cost depends on How complicated the Key is Digital Security Etc... Remove dash inside to access as compressor. Discharge compressor then unbolt and replace. Use ac die to check for leaks then charge. reinstall dash after no leaks. This repair I do not recommend for the novice or semi novice mechanic as you can do more damage trying to replace a compressor then the high cost of the compressor. My new VW beetle's (just) Compressor runs about $1,200 dollars but at mechanic's price for part is half and rest is just mark-up! Remember that there is your price charged for a part and the mechanic's discounted price for that same part!

Check your Emergency Fuel Shut off switch. Flip it back on and all should be good. I have an Expedition but I can't tell you where the switch is. Check the removable panels in the rear.

Sorry no idea without a good inspection ,,,i suspect a fault with the immobilisor somewhere but what and where ¿???no idea
