Misfiring

Is the same cylinder mis firing as before you relpaced coil pack ? If so a compression test is your next option . If there is any water leaks No 4 cyl is a likely suspect and worth checking . The old plugs will give you a clue to condition of cyl's. Injector swap and wiring exam may help also ,but only if you have to . Good luck

Battery dead, or starter problem?

It is most likely a flat or dead battery but first check the battery terminals are clean and firmly attached.
If all above checks ok replace the battery.

There are several reasons why an attempted jump start may not have worked, such as :-
1) the jump cables used are poor quality,
or
2) the battery used as a power source may not have sufficient capacity.

Cars speeds up momentarily while using cruise

Sometimes it will do that, if the momentum is shifting.. If the computer feels that the car is slowing down it will automatically adjust the cruise control to speed up. It should only do it for about a sec. or two.

Were is the automatic choke situated my car is

Your car doesn't have a choke. Fuel injected engines alter the mixture using information from the sensors to give the right mixture all the time, thus negating the need for a choke. This is only for carbureted engines, and your car is not. If it's idling fast, you can change the settings on your idle set screw, or have it tuned.
