Your going to throw parts at the unknown for no reason or because you have a code ? Codes don't tell you what is wrong or to replace anything Have to component test, to find problems or failed parts Google a picture, if you want to roll the dice & replace a good part

There are sealers that can take care of a small leak but it is a Band-Aid, not really a fix You can find those products at a car parts store. If this is at a connection point you can probably fix it yourself. Everything depends on how big and where the leak is. If it is on a metal line than replacing the line is your option.

You do realize they stopped making a pontiac some years ago You know it is not new & no one ever does anything but drive vehicles & never work on them You do not want to-- but know you have to spend money, even if you do all your own work You have to spend send some money & go for a road test with you driving & a mechanic along with a scan tool, to look at & collect data I doubt the vehicle has has much in the way of any Preventative Maintenance. Those days stopped after 1990 You have to look at all data,any codes,i could go on for an hour here You may or may not have an ABS System trac issue, & the radio would be weeks out for me, until I ran out of data to fix,all fluids changed,spark plugs & filters & brake work complete Replacing the radio may be an issue, as you know some vehicles need radio codes,so you can't use other radios in there- unless there is a work around I think this purchase could get expensive very quick-- IF --you really want to go thru the entire vehicle & get all things as they should be I'm not putting all this on you,it is just vehicles are very neglected & require more than the lay person knows The First thing I would do- is change- Not Flush- the trans fluid They fail as we talk here, if you don't Power Steering Fluid & brake fluids I just could go on all night I hate to see you with an 8 year old vehicle, that has all fluids,spark plugs & such -- as it left the assy line

Yes throttle bodies are a known concern, and I have replaced many of them unfortunately, and a po7oo is a misfire code possibly caused by water intrusion in a different area..

Its on passenger side lower dash below the glove box left of blower motor.

there is no torque specification. rule of thumb, tighten the nut til firmly tight, back off a half a turn.

if it freezes up it has a restriction usually, expansion Valve ,the thing that is doing it ,but need to put some gages on it and see if the low side is going under vacuum since the low side in the suction side and it its vacuum ,but when the Gage's are hooked up on the high side and the low side ( suction & discharge ports) with the A/C on Max Fan on high the low side will stabilize at about 29.9 inches of mercury or 30 to 32 inches of vacuum, if it starts going lower and the more rpm's added and the high side climes dangerously higher that 250 275 300 the high side line can and will explode, so if this is happening you definitely have a restriction, depending on what the type of vehicle does it have a orifice tube or expansion valve they both do the same thing ,and usually this is what is wrong providing its full of freon and fan and all else is ok, this is most likely the place to look . The a/c blowing mist is a sign that the drain tube is blocked.When you start your car and turn on the a/c make sure you are getting a puddle of water under it.The evaporater collects condensation,much like a cold glass of water.The condensation has to have some place to go.If it can't go out the drain then it fills the heater box with water and will eventually make it up to the blower motor,once it gets there the misting will begin.Normally the drain has a rubber tube on it and insects sometimes build nests in it.If you find this is the problem,you can locate the tube where it comes out of the firewall and you may be able to put a coat hanger up it to clean it out.Hope this helps!

Usually when brakes shudder that is a warped rotor , but with the new anti-locking braking system the problem could also be there . Any lights on the dash lit up ?

• Check for dome light switch being set on
• Check door switches to make sure there not broken
• Last resort pull dome light fuse until problem can be found & fixed

I looked on the internet & can not find out what RAP is or I would try & suggest something
