Was driving had no power gave it gas did not go to well then it just cut off and would not restart
your not getting a spark to the engine. check your distributor cap and see if the contacts underneath are dirty also check the rotor. I had a 98 Nissan did the same thing and when I checked it I didn't notice at first but the screw holding the rotor in place so it would turn and send a spark to the spark plugs had come off so the engine cranked but wouldn't start. such a simple fix I just had to put the screw back in
Need to replace sinal flasher. replacement part I
there are many manufacturers, the important thing are the terminals on the top, some are magnetic based systems that are normally round cylinders with 2 or 3 terminals on top, others are transistorized, they are usually square with 2 terminals in a number of arrangements, they will both work as long as the plug pushes straight on without trying to bend anything , getting it back into the mounting clip is another story
Timing belt sliped
Normally YES, I would have a new belt fitted and try it just in case. I have had several 'interference' motors break a belt and not damage any valves.
Its worth taking a chance before running the expense of pulling the heads off for inspection.
Steering noise
I would suggest that you check your power steering fluid levels and maybe add some if needed. I have given you a link to show your the steps to take to complete the task. http://www.wikihow.com/Check-and-Add-Power-Steering-Fluid
Whistling noise
Sounds like you either low on power steering fluid or you need a new power steering belt. Otherwise, your power steering pump might be bad. Are you in the US? You can probably take it to an AutoZone or an Advance Auto and one of their guys would be able to give you a confirming diagnosis. Check the first two first.
My car overheats only when i am stopped or going
Check your fuses first, for the radiator fans. Make sure your fans are kicking on. If they are not, the fuse may be blown. When you are driving, the radiator and engine gets air. That is why it only does it when you are going slow or you stop. Make sure the engine has the correct amount of coolant in it. Check these first. If they all check out, it may be more serious problems, like a thermostat or a water pump. Check for leaking coolant also. If you have any questions, please let me know. I am here to help. Thanks for using Fixya.
Dashboard lights dont turn on as well as tail tights
If you confirm the side marker lights, tail lights, fog lights and/or dash illumination are inop, and fuse number 39 is open, the wire harness is chafed/damaged at either the left or right front side marker lights....Removed both front side marker light and repair the harness wil fix your problem.....Let me know if you find any damaged wire harness
Broken seat belt buckle
If I had the problem I would look at a junkyard or on line at e-bay for a replacement. You will need to get the buckle and the belt that it is attached to that goes down to the floor down through the crack in the seat.Remember the buckle receiver is made for the certain belt in the front and rear seats. I have often tried to put the wrong belt in a buckle and it would not fit. ( Example: the right belt goes in the right buckle.)Be blessed.
Radio or speakers don't work
Betting that you've got a wiring issue on the back of the radio. Pull the stereo & check your connections. Somewhere the speaker wires came loose.

Radio says Secure on Nissan Almera Tino (04)
Your radio believes that it has been stolen out of the car since battery power was lost to it (as a result of the car battery going dead). There should be instructions in the user manual on how to reset the radio.
