Rear cylinders still leaking after replacing them
It is possible that the brake shoes are so out of adjustment that the piston has popped out into the boot and is leaking. Or the hard brake line into the cylinder is loose/cross threaded. Or you got bad cylinders. 30+ years of professional exp and I have not seen this happen
2002 galant no heat
put a radiator flush in your expansion bottle .run it for about 20 miles. then drain and refill with 50/50 mix of anti freeze that will clean both core of your radiator and the heater core of dirt and rust. then bleed the air out. by turning the heater on full .run the engine with the expansion bottle cap off till you start to feel hot water at the hoses .then refit the cap.

Make sure there is gas in the tank. Check your fuel pressure to rule out any fuel problems, if fuel pressure low, start with fuel filter, pump relay, and/or fuel pump. If fuel pressure tests ok, then it has to be ignitoin related. Start with coil and/or igniton module. If your car starts and runs for a few min, then quits and fails to start back, but starts back after sitting, then your catalytic converter may be clogged.

The same problem happened to me and tightened the gas cap with some plastic bag. The problem gone and came back after 10 days. I reset the code with a blue tooth dongle with torque android app. This time I re-tightened the gas cap with a plastic bag again by until the cap clicks three times. I passed inspection and did not come back till 170 miles. I am planning to replace the cap. If the cap is not original the problem may come again ( as per my reading).
Large vacuum leak
look under the back end of the car where the smaller lines come off the fuel filler neck look for any broken, dissconnected,or rusted lines, or sensors follow these lines back to the fuel tank and up to the front of the car and under the hood repair as needed good luck and please rate -jeff
