You might try to get a free scan from Autozone, Oreilys, or Advance autoparts. If their scanners will not show a Code, the more complicated Dealer Scanners may. Some of the transmissions use shift solenoids. The solenoid for 3rd and 4th gear may be bad. Some use speed sensors which tell the transmission to advance to the higher gears. If you can manually reach 1st and 2nd and reverse, the Torque converter is working and fluid is moving inside the transmission. I think you can call around to see what other places would charge to put a rebuilt transmission in, if yours can not be fixed.

Check a part called an Inertia switch. Do a Web search for photos and location which is usually in the trunk or in the front by the floor kickpanels. This part has a reset button on it and when pressed it will reconnect the fuelpump power.

This could be a synchronization problem with the brake switch and the trans linkage. The second half of your problem is different. The release for the shifter to come out of Park is dependent on a switch on the brake pedal lever. This brake pedal switch is suppose to make a release work to allow the shift selector to drop out of Park. It sounds like something is binding and a part is not moving far enough to allow for easy shifting. For the drive problem, more details would be needed; perhaps a second separate problem solution request. You might want to fix the above conditions and see if it works its' way through the system.

The fuel pressure sensor is not the actual pressure of the fuel in the rail,it is in the evap (emmissions) side.Just vapors,shouldn't make the car run poorly. Low fuel pressure is a different problem,I would check the pressure regulator first (under hood,on the fuel rail),make sure the vacuum hose is ok and pull the hose off the regulator and make sure there is NO fuel in the hose.20 min,that seems odd ,try it with the gas cap OFF ,maybe there is too much vent. if it is black smoke ,a number of things could cause this problem,map/mass air flow sensor,or timming,,if it is white smoke and head gasket or crack in the head would cause it to burn antifreeze.
