My radio say pleas wait and

Okay, I had the same problem. Turn off the radio, wait a couple of minutes, it needs to re-set and then make sure you're entering in the correct code. Once you enter the correct code don't forget to press enter. Good luck!

Do I need to reset the panel with new battery installation?

If the battery light is still showing then there is a good chance your alternator is not charging properly. The battery light should reset on its own if everything is in good working order.

Radio not working

To remove the radio you need special keys that fit into the two slots on the side of the radio face. Look for them on ebay, approximately USD $15
