disconnect the battery and join the leads together then leave for half hour ,reconnect the battery and see what happens if it still will not start then call the dealer as the security system is all encrypted software or it wouldnt be secure if anyone can by pass it

Yes, get a heavy duty flasher to replace the original. The same thing happens if you hook up a trailer w/ lights to a car, the original flasher can't handle the extra load.

your car came with 2 fobiks from the factory, if you bought a third one from Chrysler, read on, insert the first one in the win module, (key hole), and turn ignition to on only, watch your sentry red light to come on, wait till it goes out, you have ten seconds to insert the second one, red light will come on and start to blink, you have ten seconds to insert the third one , turn it to on and watch the red light to blink and once it stops and a chime will sound, the third fobik is now programed. Question edited for clarity. No it isn't normal. There is probably a change solenoid or sensor issue. Take it to a transmission place and they will put it on a fancy scan tool computer. Tell them you want to see the results. Don't let them tell you that you need a new transmission!

You added the Refrigerant Gas yourself? 'Freon' was banned 30 years ago. The gasses have name like R121A. The system needs to be filled by weight of liquid gas. All of the gas is sucked out by a recovery machine. Then once there is a vacuum, the gas bottle is put on a scale and the correct weight of gas is added with the AC running. That is the only way to do 'maintenance'.
