How can i check to see if engine is locked up
hello there:
the easiest way to check for a locked up engine would be to get a 1/2" drive breaker bar with the proper socket and try turning the motor over from the harmonic balance bolt if the motor is locked up you should not be able too turn the motor but you may want to start by pulling you're spark plugs one at a time and checking for water in the cylinders if water is present you may need to check you're plentum or also known as the intake by having water in the cylinders might just be a bad gasket or intake... hope this helps thanks
Replaced computer but still cant get spark.
If you turn the key on and do not hear the fuel pump run at all after you have replaced the computer then i would look at the (ASD) relay (auto shutdown relay) for the problem. Remove the relay from the power panel. To test the relay, use a ohm meter and connect one end to the #85 and the other end to #86, the resistance should be between 70/80 ohms. Then check continuity between terminals #30 and #87a. The meter should indicate continuity. Then check for continuity between #30 and #87, the meter should not show any continuity. Then connect a jumper wire to terminal #85 and negative post on battery and connect the other jumper to terminal #86 to the positive post of battery. By doing this it will energize the relay and during this time connect the ohm meter between #30 and #87. This should show continuity. If not replace the relay. Hope this will help you.
Accelrates by its self?
The throttle cable is a thin, stiff wire in a plastic-covered sheath.
The sheath is clamped at 3 points, and the inner wire moves while the sheath is stationary.
...at least, that's the way it's supposed to work.
Your throttle cable is slipping, sheath and wire, at one of those anchor points.
A little vibration and some oil spray, and it's pretty common for one of the cable anchors to work loose enough to slip under load.
Starting at the intake, trace the throttle cable back and look for the small bolted clamp, between the manifold and the valve-cover.
Back it out, clean the bolt, and put a little Permatex or Locktite on the threads...Check the curve of the clamp, and if it's going flat re-curve it with a pair of needlenose...if it looks fine, then put a tiny notch (tooth) on the inner face with a pair of **** or needlenose to grab the sheath better.
Move to the next clamp, if there is one, and do the same thing.
*Some engines only have the one, which i suspect is this case...and why they slip so often.
The third clamp is inside, at the firewall, and a bit harder to get to...but this one rarely slips because it isn't exposed to nearly as much abuse as the first one at the intake.
Driver side wiper does not return
two choices 1/the retaining nut on the arm is loose.
2/ the spring clip on the lower arm has come off.(if you can sweep by hand, with no resistance then its the clip.
1994 dodge caravan le hood release cable broke how
Most of these cable that break usually break at the connector under the dash. If this is the case you can still open the hood just find where the cable connects and pull this it should open the hood.

Have the fuel pressure checked. You can simply check were the connection of the line runs to the fuel fiter. Disconnect the line from the filter towards your engine. If no gas comes out when you turn your ignition key on disconnect the other line from the filter. If gas comes out when turning rhe key on the filter is plugged. If not the fuel pump is at fault
Looking for copy of schematic that is under hood
the best thing for you to do is stop by your local Dodge dealership in the parts department and they be able to print you off the pictures and diagrams you need if all fails stop by your local library and get your hands on a Haynes auto repair manual for your van wish you the best of luck Michigan Man.
Have a blue plug hanging from dash does it connect
if you mean blue connector which has 6 pins this is to diagnostic ABS and TCM it should be secure at right side of driver's knee panels, it is possible the clip to secure it to panel is already gone but you can add a small piece of electric tape and attached back to place
