Every once in a while I have to ask myself if I would be comfortable with the repair that is being contemplated.
In this situation, my understanding of the windshield installation, and more importantly, my ability to try to repair a leak, are such that I would tend to recommend that you try to seek some local professional advice.
Most automotive glass shops will look at your problem and provide an estimate of the cost to repair it. They have specialty tools and the appropriate glues and sealers. My hint? if the shop has been in business for some time, or you get a referral from someone you know who has had work done, you'll usually get good service at a fair price.

The car off the headlight stay on r comes back on later i changed out the headl switch in side the car and still have the problem and it drains the battery.
I'd make sure the battery has a full charge? Don't let the alternator charge it, if down very much, use a battery charger. Also, check your charging system.
Is your headlamp system full auto, meaning you can't manually turn off your headlamps? If battery is down, I don't like that system at all. You don't want to run around town in broad daylight with the headlamps on and the battery down with the alternator trying to do everything.
If full charge on battery and charging system ok, check for applicable trouble codes for bcm and or headlamp codes. Some of the national brand auto stores will check codes for free. In the diagram, the left side of module and hi beam relay, is the control side, has to have voltage and ground. The bcm supplies ground for one and voltage for the other. The bcm knows what's going on because of headlamp switch. I know you said the switch was new, but, what about the switch wiring to or from the bcm.
Why would both low beam headlights go out at the same 2009 ex35 infinity
NHTSA issued recall number 14V755 to address Low Beam headlights being extinguished. GM stated the problem is the headlight delay module (HDM) may not operate in the thermal environment of the underhood electrical center. GM has not issued a fix as yet. Here are four ways I know of to correct this.
1. Have a spare HDM and replace at the first flicker of trouble.
2. Install a heat shield to wick heat away from the electrical center.
3. Install a cooler (fail open) thermostat and run the ac constantly. The ac turns on an additional cooling fan.
4. Loosen the cover on the electrical center to allow air (and dirt) to circulate.

My wife has a Buick and it is a really good vehicle. The interior of Buicks should not be smoked in. It lowers the value.
