I own a 2003 rendezvous and the 2 front power outlets do not work. i checked the fuses and they both are fine. I have a 3rd outlet in the rear that works perfectly fine. What could be the problem?
Fuse #14 is for REAR auxillary power outlet (in cargo area). This is located in the INSIDE fuse box to the left of and under the glovebox (to the left of the front passenger's feet).
Fuse #32 is for FRONT Power Outlets/cigarette lighter//Lights, OnStar® Fuse 32 is under the hood in the ENGINE AREA fuse box located in the compartment just above the battery.DOUBLE CHECK YOUR MANUAL to make sure that your fuses are the same. I have a 2003 Rendezvous. Your newer model may be different. The diagrams for each fuse box can be found inside the lids of the compartments.

2003 buick rendezvous has serious transmission shifting problems. I have changed fluid and filter twice in last 9 months. It happens worse at LOW RPMS. Between 2&3 and 3&4. My guess is it may be the shift pressure valves or the shift solenoid. Can a DIY fix this. Help
Here is a bulletin I located about what seems to be the issue you are describing. As far as DIY goes it really depends on how comfortable you are to disassemble parts of your transmission.
Some dealership technicians may have difficulty diagnosing DTC P0756, 2-3 Shift Valve Performance on 4L60-E, 4L65-E or 4L70-E automatic transmissions. As detailed in the Service Manual, when the PCM detects a 4-3-3-4 shift pattern, DTC P0756 will set. Some customers may also describe a condition of a second, third or fourth gear start that may have the same causes but has not set this DTC yet. Below are some tips when diagnosing this DTC:
•
This is a performance code. This means that a mechanical malfunction exists.
•
This code is not set by electrical issues such as a damaged wiring harness or poor electrical connections. Electrical problems would cause a DTC P0758, P0787 or P0788 to set.
•
The most likely cause is chips/debris plugging the filtered AFL oil at orifice #29 on the top of the spacer plate (48). This is a very small hole and is easily plugged by a small amount of debris. It is important to remove the spacer plate and inspect orifice #29 and the immediate area for the presence of chips/debris. Also, the transmission case passage directly above this orifice and the valve body passage directly below should be inspected and cleaned of any chips/debris. For 2003 and newer vehicles the spacer plate should be replaced. The service replacement spacer plate is a bonded style with gaskets and solenoid filter screens bonded to the spacer plate. These screens can help to prevent plugging of orifice #29 caused by small debris or chips.
•
This code could be set if the 2-3 shift valve (368) were stuck or hung-up in its bore. Inspect the 2-3 shift valve (368) and the 2-3 shuttle valve (369) for free movement or damage and clean the valves, the bore and the valve body passages.
•
This code could be set by a 2-3 shift solenoid (367b) if it were cracked, broken or leaking. Refer to Shift Solenoid Leak Test in the appropriate Service Manual for the leak test procedure. Based on parts return findings, a damaged or leaking shift solenoid is the least likely cause of this condition. Simply replacing a shift solenoid will not correct this condition unless the solenoid has been found to be cracked, broken or leaking.

The speedometer has been fluctuating beween being accurate to going up to the second time around the dial. Sometimes it goes back to normal, then after a week or so slowly goes up higher to way past the end, and won't come back. The odometer is correct and works. I am told that it is in the instument itself, and the entire dash gage unit must be replaced. I thought it was the speed sensor on the trans mission, but am told other wise. Can what I'm told be true? Some how I think it could be repaired. Help
Try to reset the software.
How? Park your car first. put the gear in Park (P). Turn off ignition and take out the key. Next, on the cluster there is a trip switch. Press and hold it. Insert the key and start the engine. If the pointer (needle) goes to the orginal position ( 0 mph), you just reset the cluster. Potentially this will fix the issue you are having. I just saved you a trip to the dealership and $500. But, If the issue goes away for few minutes/hours/days and it comes back again. Most probably the motor (Stepper motor) for the speed gague has gone bad. Replacing it is not that hard, getting the part might be hard. See if you have friend at Delphi. They might be able to tell you the actual part number and supplier. Make sure you replace the exact part number, not the it could be part. The motors are calibrate to work with the software. If the two are not compatiable, the gague might not work properly.
If you can't do it, there is a company in Detroit area that can replace the part for you and they are way cheaper than delearship. Sorry, dealership. This cmpany work with GM engineering. They are called Specmo enterprise www.specmo.com
Good Luck!

resetting the anti theft system
Place key in ignition, turn to ON position. (do not start)
Leave in ON position for EXACTLY 10 minutes.
As SOON as the anti-theft light turns off, then IMMEDIATELY start the car.
Then anti-theft is now reset.

2003 rendezvous fuel pump reset switch location
GM doesn't use an inertia switch, that I'm aware of. I don't know what testing you have done? Engine cranking, do you have spark at the plugs and fuel injector pulse? Any applicable trouble codes? If through your testing you have narrowed it down to fuel system, note the diagram.

I have wet carpet on the floor board of my 2003 Rendezvous. It is not coming from the window but from underneath. I did not spill anything. Any suggestions. Thank you. Rosalyn.
Could be the drain for the ac is plugged up. Usually when this happens the passenger side floor gets wet, but it could be coming out on the driver's side when you take a right turn.
The drain should be on the bottom of the firewall near the floor, you should see water dripping onto the ground when the ac is on.

I have an 03 Buick Rendezvous CXL with manual dual zone climate control and it was recently discovered that the passenger will only blow cold air. With both the driver and passenger side turned to hot, the passenger side blows cold air strongly while the driver side blows hot air weakly.
I would assume with multiple people having the same problems, there should be a service bulletin on this issue. may want to call dealer with vin # to verify. sounds like a heater control issue under the dash. something i would leave to the experts for repair

2003 buick rendevous, what parts are needed to re-attach the shifter cable to the transmission
The end of the cable on the GM is a molded plastic piece. Part of the cable. If the plastic tab has broken off you really only have two choices.
Hope this helps.

2003 buick rendezvous cx. The above noted are gone on both sides of the vehicle. I am told you cannot buy just the bushing you have to get the knuckle. The bushing is pressed in. I do not want to buy new from GM- expensive. Is there somewhere else to go or is there a place that can manufacture the bushing.
i found them at gmbushings.com didn't have to buy the whole knuckle
