This car does not have a fuel pump rest button, if the fuel pump is not working check the fuse then the relay if these are good it may be the pump but would need more info to be sure

Could be bad fuel pump or the connections. A fuel pump relay that translates the ECU (brain) to when fuel is needed from the pump. The ECU receives many sensor inputs to decide how much fuel to deliver. The sensors are bad or their connections are corroded. My experience is that connections cleaned and scraped to bright metal bring them back to new conditions. This may also be the Fuel pump connection situation even though, the fuel pump is new? Have the ECU error codes read at your favorite auto parts store. That may help diagnose an better than my guesses. By the way we are all volunteers, so please give us a chance to respond.

Check the fuses first. Ignition and PCM fuses. Check the big wire from the alternator to the battery. Check battery clamps. On any of these corrosion could and will cause no charging. After that, you need a wiring schematic. You'll need to check wires from the PCM to the alternator. The PCM is what turns the alternator on. If all those wires and cables check out good, you looking at replacing the PCM. 2003 is year specific. Meaning you can only put a 2003 PCM in it. The PCM also has to be programmed for your vehicle.
