It must be loosing coolant if there is white smoke (or steam) out of exhaust, heater will be cold due to lack of coolant, radiator may be full but I suspect engine block will contain no coolant & may have caused an air lock so radiator may still be full, sounds like cylinder head gasket has blown

Should be about 35 or 40 psi and about 2.25L per minute

You go and BUY a workshop manual for that car and follow the instructions. Same for your camshaft questiuon.If you are too cheap scate to do that do not expect people here to give you masses of instructions and diagrams for detailed work like this.

there is clips on top and under the light cover next to the bumber. just telease those and you should be able to pup the cover out.

Check the oil level,
Add if necessary.
You might even need an oil change due to a clogged oil filter.
If the car might have been sitting for a long time this could be the problem because the filter elements can dry up causing a incorrect flow of oil to occur.
At worst the oil pressure sending sensor cuold be bad but I highly doubt it.
If oil level is correct the oil change should be the best bet.
