Hi , this sound like the engine breater is blocked. You will have to remove the air filter to gain access to this item, it is secured to the rocker cover by 4 x 5mm hex bolt screws. if you need any more assistance or help to remove this part just drop me a line . hope this is of help, regards mark

something wrong here ,firstly this is not a permitted modification as it infringes the build and spec of the vehicle which means it will fail its annual vehicle mechanical inspection owing to the change of the certificate of homoglonation ,this means the insurance is invalid .Also of course you just cannot wack a turbo on as this alters the air pressure which is affecting the sensors which are controlling the fuel injection so i would suggest that if your stateside where you can get away with modifying vehicles then the computer needs remapping to allow for the increased air flow ,when i was at at college in the 70s my tutor always said if you want a faster car then buy a jaguar or a ferrari ,any increase in power needs to have the correct chassis and running gear putting a big engine in a moris minor or a mini is a recipe for killing yourself ,hence all the regulations now in force within the EEC regarding motor vehicles and adherance to the certificate of homoglonation ,its stops little old boy racers like me from fitting a big american engine into a old ford capri or a old rover

your e vap purge cyliniod is not working it under the front intake it has vacuum to it and wires check to see if it is plugged in and check ur vacuum lines

All the fuses are 12 volt fuses.

If you have a timing chain (as apposed to a timing belt) you don't need to replace it at any interval, it will last the life of the engine.

The oil light does not show that you need oil necessarily. The oil light goes on when the oil pressure is low, not the oil, so it could be a problem with your oil pump or otherwise. Common that it would go on and off, it it were to stay on for very long you'd lose oil pressure and could be in trouble. Have it looked at.

If the lights are flickering I would be checking for a loose or dirty battery connection. If the power to the cpu is intermittent ( indicated by flickering lights ) that is why the engine dies
