sounds like the latch is in the first lock position before it contacts the lock. Place a round bar (screwdriver ) under the tongue and pull out at same time as you press the release button /lever

change the central locking relay.

Please check engine grounding and try direct start from starter.. maybe swicth worn out.

Check fuel pressure and ignition system.Do you have spark?

engine could need tune up.could have faulty engine coolant temperature sensor.could have clogged fuel filter and air filter.could have worn out spark plugs and wires.faulty rotor and distributor cap. ignition timing off could have worn or broken timing belt.many things will cause no start.first code scan vechicle first before buying new parts.

On the driver side of the transmission pan there is a fill plug

its burning oil, if it only happens for a few seconds on start up it is probably fine.

Check behind the right and left front wheel arch sections, in the engine bay for a black case with cover. Remove the cover and check the relays inside.

First thing i would do is to take the battery clamps off and clean them and then clean the battery post themselfs. If that dont work then i would look for a bad ground to the motor.
