fuel filter located in fuel tank with the fuel pump.to remove fuel filter with fuel pump you can remove fuel pump from the trunk area.just remove spare tire and jack.then remove floor trunk liner.now you are at the fuel pump reach.

thermostat stuck close.check coolant level.

Go to Advance auto and they will test your battery and alternator for free. It sounds like a bad alternator.

Unfortunately, you might have to replace every sensor until the problem goes away. It is a matter of process by elimination. I am in the same position. Good luck

on your controle panel in side your car turn on your heater thermostate and if you do not hear any sound from your controle module it is bad should be under your dash .

I have the same problem with my 2008 Grand Prix - replaced the batteries in both key fobs - they worked for a few days and quit working. Remote start does not work and both of the cigarette lighter chargers do not work either. I have recieved a "charging system failure" message on the readout screen as well. I have checked with 2 different mechanics and they are not sure what it is. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Could be alternator, starter, battery.

The thermostat may be stuck. If it dosent open then the engine will overheat. If you turn the ac on then the air rushing around the engine will help cool it down. Replace the thermostat and it should fix it

here is a little tip for you .....cylinder 1 and 4 are on the same coil pack

Probably your dimmer switch. If everything else has power then then thats about all that is left.
