Cannot remove rear brake drum
When I had this problem in the past I was able to adjust the brakes. If the brake shoes are adjusted out to far they will hang on the drum. There should be a oblong hole behind the plate to stick a screwdriver or brake adjustment tool in to turn the adjustment wheel inside, may be a rubber plug in the hole. Adjust the brake shoe back in to release the friction between shoe and drum. I have had for the most parts American made cars other vehicles may adjust the shoes differently.
****** timing
With all you have described as being gin good working order there are very few possibilities I can think of. My wife's 02 Eclipse had similar though not as pronounced, issues. We checked compression and it was a bit low and could have been the problem; but before pulling the head and replacing rings and gaskets and having a valve job done I discovered a small leak in the intake manifold. Fixing that fixed most of the problem. Never did do the engine rebuild after that because she pushed the engine too hard and sucked a valve.
Problem code p0300
P0300 is a random engine misfire, the causes are many and in some cases a update to the PCM will correct the fault code. Call the dealer and find out if there is a PCM software update to cure this problem.
Mitsi lancer 92 guage halfway is this normal
On my Mits half way on the temp gauge is perfect. Only goes higher if overheating.
You may want to check your thermostat for sticking. After warm up use a rag and grasp the upper radiator hose. You should feel the coolant moving through. If not replace thermostat.
