Bypass sensors
old post.
no answer because there is no real question here..
no symptoms.
no DTCs. posted
no idea of why you want to hack any car.???
bypass = hacks.
if the switch is bad, you can clean it to fix it
or replace it.
there will be no BYPASS possible because
the TCM will not allow that.
youd have to reprogram the TCM. but then it cant tell what gear you select, so how is that going to play out?
the TCM told you its bad, (or other related reasons , the fsm states how to find)
it is.
I have a 2007 suzuki forenza sedan and my speed odmiter is not cause but i cant find the speed sensor
what is failing, the Odometer? is it stuck or what? do tell (blank>?)
the trip or total ? odometer?
are both dead.
did you scan the PCM for DTC errors>> if not , FAIL you will
the PCM uses the tail shaft tranny speed sensor to calculate , speed, and odometer and trip and engine load computation. (and lots more)...ask..
if it fails the PCM will tell you its bad
why not scan it.
and stop guessing
uses a real scan tool , not some pos, $9 to 20 junk.
Shifter loose like a spring is gone have to hold to left to work it properly 2007 suzuki forenza
get to the top of the gear box and you will find 4 bolts that hold the turret to the top of the box take it off and the gear lever comes with it . In the gear box there will be a slot across all the selector rails that is neutral for the gear lever. At one end of the slot you will see a plunger that is spring loaded This prevents inadvertent selection of reverse and it pushes the gear lever to the central position. check that spring operation
Is it throttle body that goes bad or one of the TPS?
Both do. Most likely you have an electronic throttle. So the TPS is located under the dash, connected to the gas pedal. Have the codes read. If it is either . first I would unplug them and plug them back in. (bad connection) check fuses. And then go after the part. If you're good with an ohm/volt meter, let me know. Then I can go more in depth for what to check. You will need a wiring diagram also.
Smell from vents
do the A/C mold killing spray , procedures.
on most newer cars with the filter in dash.
you remove the filter and spray that killer down in there.
this kills the mold in the condesate tray.
also clean the condensate drain tube that goes from (USA) passengers toes to below car, as pool of fresh water as seen
on all cars with A/C running,or parking after.
if the tube cloges water can go stagnent and as the name implies.
stinks bad.
