Hi,in the past to remove the inside of the barral I used to use a slide-hammer,I dont know if you have ever used one before but you just screw it into the ignition and slide the hammer and the ignition will come out,then you can undo ignition and replace. or get a locksmith out. wich ever way you go I wish you all the best.

run fault codes and check for MAF sensor or accelerator position sensor problem.

The rubber flex line that goes to the caliper could be collapsed internally letting the pressure to the caliper but not letting it return.

First you have to fix the problem that caused the light to come on, sometimes as simple as dirty sensors. Once fixed, it should go out after a short drive or a few successful trips.

Either bad alternator (should be under warranty) or bad battery. Alternator and battery should be checked (free service at most national chain parts stores) for dead cells or the water level may be low. I hope this helps you out.
