My heat and air conditioned seats in my 2007
It's possible that the wires on the set custion are crossed or disconnected. The seat custion if damaged can be sorted out too but the back and the bottom are two different ones and you can disconnect the one and the other will work. Raise the seat as high as it'll go and look under there and you might see what happend. Theirs a circuit breaker in the fuse relay panel labled seats and as it overloads it'll turn the power off and then it'll come back on with no losad but now it's turned off so you have to pust the on button again.
1998 linclon navigator will not go into 4 wheel
Hello.
I replace the vacuum solenoids on these models regularly.
Here is where they are located. #4 at the top.The vacuum reservoir is #3.
Make sure there are no broken lines.
These solenoids are known for corrosion due to their location.
Here is the vacuum diagram for the system.
There you are. That should take care of your problem.
Thank you for using FixYa.

The rear airbags wont pump
few problems. If one corner of your vehicle is not airing up, or is not airing up properly, it could be a sensor not functioning correctly. It could also be the seals on the airbags if one of your bags will not air up. These seals just wear out overtime. Often these seal problems will start when the vehicle is exposed to cold weather, as the seals begin to contract. This is not a big issue as the seals are only around $30, but it is a hassle to replace them.
This problem could also be because of a leaking valve, a leaking valve, or a failed motor. These things cost a lot more money to fix. In many cases it will cost $800-$1200. Larger aftermarket wheels or tires can contribute to some air suspension problems, as they put extra stress that these air suspension components were not meant to handle. It will cost half the price to put gas shocks on and you wont feal much difrence in the ride. GOOD LUCK
2 Problems, I just bought a 2007 Navigator: 1. ...
mcdevito75, 92 Octane gas I don"t think the Navigator calls for that high an octane gas, double check on this with the Navigator dealership. The check engine light usually warns of one of the engine sensors gpoing bad, but it could be your Navigators computer is readind info input from your engine wrong due to the wrong octane gas you put in. only way to tell is have your local auto repair shop run a scan on the computer and sensors. The rust in the tailgate, water getting in and settleing in the tail gate, have the shop check out and clear or make drain holes in the tail gate for any water to get out.
Heated seats in my 2004 navigator are not working
if the light doesnt come on for the heated seat, *sometimes* the electronics need to be reset. You do this by very carefully taking both battery poles off the battery entirely. Then touching the negative to the positive WHILE NEITHER IS TOUCHING THE BATTERY (this is very important otherwise you could get shocked). This will clear computer and reset it. Then reconnect the positive first. then the negative. this will sometimes work. This is only if the light for the heated seats is not coming on. If the light is coming on you probably need a new heater core.
