thats a problem with the d2b fibre optic system more than likely the module wake up call to the d2b modules is missing corroded or bad connection or a faulty module in the ring not passing the message around. think its white/orange wire that goes around the modules.be a good idea to take to a jag dealer the have the correct diagnostic kit to a module comms test

The sensor for the latch may be shorted or water is in the sensor, the sensor is most likely attached to the hood latch and to verify that just look for wiring and the latch and follow it to the sensor for the hood latch.

Which one?

remove any battery box cover. Record the radio code first. Remove the earth terminal from the battery. Connect up the charger --red lead (+) to the positive terminal and the negative(-) to the negative post of the battery

Have the Hvac control head checked most of the time it will effect that and more...

remove rear pads and check caliper sliders are not sticking/siezed.if ok try doing a battery reset ie disconnect battery for 10 mins.you need to take to someone with diagnostic eqipment if that does not work to get fault codes out of park brake module,the wiring is also prone to rubbing on the rear subframe and shorting to earth

go to your dealer you may have a module programming issue try a battery reset to reboot the electronic modules

Usually a sign the drain for the HVAC box is stopped up.There should be a small hose or tube sticking out of the firewall or floor near the passenger's feet where the water drains out to the ground.That hose or the bottom of the HVAC box may have debris or dirt blocking the hose.

Internal Failure of your Radio...

Are you sure the battery is good, just because you charged it doesn't mean it is any good and reached full voltage. I also suggest you disconnect the battery negative cable for 5 minutes to reset the system.

Sorry but this vehicle is a 2007 and as such only a dealer can put the service light out ,its to stop mechanics like myself from doing the job and if its not cleared with so many miles the car goes into limp mode ,sorry i cannot be of any help

your hood alignment is more than likely off...the safety switch and strikers must be adjusted for the module to work properly...make sure that the hood at 1 mm lower than normal at the middle edges.Then unplug the negative terminal for 5 minutes then power her up...Hope this helps you my friend...

water leak from passenger side of vehicle ?? could it be your AC condensate run off???

did you fill the engine oil properly?
Is the oil filter on tight
no visible leaks?
Some sensor get knocked (re-check the areas you visited while changing the oil, include all possibilities of where it may be,.
You can also go to some auto parts stores and use their scanner to identify why the check engine light is coming on. they will define the code results and you can go past go from there..

Look in your trunk next to your spare tire & jack. It's under a fold up trunk mat

Trunk, right side , remove trunk floor to expose spare tire then pull panel that covers battery

unfortunately not. this is common of the materials that are used to create the dash board. you can contact jaguar and see if there is anything they will do for you considering the age(or lack of age) of the vehicle. try a good conditioner such as stp son of a gun or macguirres. this will help condition the materials and keep it in good a supple condition as well as looking good. do not use ones with a high content of water. it will **** the life out as it evaporates!
