2007 Buick Rainier - Answered Questions & Fixed issues
2005 buick rainier abs light stays on.
Just put new brakes and rotors. How do i het this off.
If the ABS light is on it means the ABS system has detected a fault.
If the light comes on when you start the car and stays on than it has detected a problem during its self check. This is typically a wiring or connector issue.
If the light come on when you start the vehicle and then goes out but comes back on when you start moving than there is likely a problem with a speed sensor.
The best route is to start with a scan tool to see what codes are present and/or to see what wheel speed sensor is not working.
It also wont hurt to check you r work to see if you disconnected a speed sensor or broke a wire while servicing the brakes. I’m happy to assist further over the phone at

Why does turning on the A/C kill the engine?
Not sure how you put a battery in your AC, first time I've ever heard of a car AC having a battery.
Your AC may need "recharging", but that has nothing to do with a battery. A/C systems are filled with a liquid/gas "freon". When it leaks out, the A/C stops working, and can put a heavier load on the engine. Perhaps it was over filled? That could make the compressor very hard for the engine to turn.
Where is the cabin air
Sorry to say there is no cabin air filter in a 2006 Rainier. Call your closest Buick dealer and they will tell you the same thing.

Why won't my Buick Rainier parking light shut off?
What year is it ? Parking light or Parking LIGHTS
It's probably the park lamp relay in the rear fuse box , contacts stuck together ! The body control module turns on the relay after receiving a input from the headlamp switch !
The rear fuse box is located beneath the left rear seat !

These vehicles use a "drive by wire" system. That means there is no longer a cable to pull the throttle open.if something goes wrong they automatically default to 0% throttle for hard faults. You either had a sensor go bad, or the motor that opens the throttle.
