Question edited to add maker. Question moved to model category. The problem here is the wiring harness where it travels from the door into the door frame. Constant opening and closing of the driver's door bends the wires back and forth until they work harden and snap. This issue ONLY happens on the driver door. For the front blower motor, there isn't an individual relay. Note the diagram. The two wires at blower motor, one should be voltage and the other ground. The totally integrated power module is also involved. Any applicable trouble codes? I can' say that replacing the blower module will fix the problem?

trouble code 406. this indicates the EGR voltage is high! After you had the EGR valve replaced did you reset the ECU?

not sure what you are asking , the transmission only works when engine is runnig, have the OBD read if you have some faults you are concerened about

What's up ? could be any number of thing's . Bad module ,instrument cluster , wiring , loose connection etc.... Looking at a wiring diagram to see what ,if anything all these componets share . Power or ground circuits . All these thing's are controlled by a BCM - body control module ,or TIPM - totally integrate power module .You have no idea the complexity of these systems . Your best bet mite be to take it to a qualified repair shop. Hooking up a factory or a professional type scan tool an checking for codes would be a good first step in the diagnostic process .

If you're not familiar with removing parts inside a car then you probably shouldn't try it. Maybe go to a radio installer and see if they can give you some tips. It sounds like you're going to have to go to someplace to have it fixed or replaced anyhow.

Usually a bad wheel speed sensor. But when warning lights come on, there are always trouble codes stored in the computer. Get the codes read and then you'll know where to start your diagnosis.

check for a faulty starter relay but I suspect that the problem is in the ignition switch where the contacts inside the switch are not making contact if the ignition is on and the starter is cranking the engine and the run contacts are making contact it will fire and run check harness connections under the dash

Hitting the fuse box ? Inside the fuse box is what chrysler ,dodge ,jeep call the TIPM - totally integrated power module . This module controls all the thing's you say are not working . Could be screwed on from inside the door and might have to remove inner door panel for access. OR there may be some screws on the outside - if nada maybe the cover can be carefully pried off to expose the screws. If you google this I am sure you will find something re how to. Just be careful since you do not want to damage the paint job on door.

Does the vehicle run hot or is the water temperature normal? It is possible to get a defective part, take the unit back out and put it into a pan of water and heat it to see if unit opens all the way and closes. If it does, reinstall with a new gasket and make sure it seats well in the housing. Make sure no part of gasket or sealant gets on thermostat to affect it's operation.
