This is a computer controlled system (BCM) supply's power to switch .Voltage is supplied to the cruise control switch via the steering wheel control switch reference voltage circuit supplied by the BCM. The following are the main components of the Cruise Control System: • The accelerator pedal • The stop lamp switch • The body control module (BCM) • The cruise control switches • The engine control module (ECM) • The throttle actuator control (TAC) motor • The vehicle speed sensor (VSS) Taking your vehicle to a quailfied repair shop would be your best option . Using a factory scan tool to view input data from switches and sensors is the only way to diagnose the cruise control on your vehicle . Just replacing parts does not cut it . The body control module (BCM) monitors the signal circuit of the cruise control switches. The BCM relays the cruise control switch status to the engine control module (ECM) via the GMLAN serial data circuit. The ECM uses the status of the cruise control switch to determine when to capture and maintain the vehicle speed. The ECM monitors the vehicle speed signal circuit in order to determine the desired vehicle speed. The ECM uses the throttle actuator control (TAC) motor in order to maintain the vehicle speed. Your best bet mite be to take it to a qualified repair shop.

Does it have climate control? If so, that's probably a bad blower fan speed controller.

I would not suggest you just throw parts at problem,but you have
DTC --diagnostic trouble codes that are active & are telling you that
an item in some system has failed,so yes, find out what & repair now

Your ability to use the vehicle at all or enjoy it with the confidence
that damage won't happen is not certain

That said I would replace the O2 Sensors in this case
You will have one or two that are in or before the converter
or converters, if you have two.

They should be changed at 80 to 100,000 anyway, and are clearly
not working correctly, based on the codes you provided

The rear sensors should be okey

I have no idea why you & thousands of people even suggest ignoring
something on any vehicle when problems arise
They cost $40,000 new & are treated like they mean nothing & have no
value or use in your life

but that's all you need to do is remove the end piece on both sides and slide the cross rails in and replace the ends T-15 is the size...Its a good idea to check them regularly if you use the rack regularly...> Cross rails retaining screws

Look at the vin. If it starts with a 1 it is US made. If it is 3, it is made in Mexico. I would check the fuses, etc first, but it sounds like the liftgate motor - ACDELCO Part # 25889602

When you turn the key on, do the warning lights come on the dash ?Can you turn the headlights on ?These answers will help narrow down the problem to the main circuits or just the key switch.
