Hi Abner Clicking noise, if it goes with speed of engine and wasn't there before the valve train was adjusted. Take it back to be rechecked. If the valve train was adjusted to try and get rid of the clicking sound and it hasn't worked. The only thing you can do is get someone with technical knowledge to have a look at it. Unfortunately noises are somewhat impossible to diagnose unless you are standing at the vehicle. ( check engine oil level). Blower motor one of four things (1) Poor electrical connection ( loose or slightly burnt connection to motor remove connector and check). repair or replace as necessary. (2) Something stopping the fan from turning (if pollen filter fitted above motor remove and with a mirror and torch check down inside on top of fan. (3) if a heater rheostat/resister is fitted in the location of the heater box this maybe faulty however when these fault it normally allows the fan to only work when you switch fan to maximum speed. (4) the fan itself is faulty . replace fan/motor. Good luck

Check fuse number 36 .Its 5 amp fuse.Its located in passenger compartment fuse box.Remove this fuse completely out and inspect, if this fuse is blown, replace it.If its not blown, then let the fuse remain out for 5 minutes, then reinsert the fuse back in its slot.Then check.--------- Thanks.Helpmech.

It means your transmission is starting to go out, and may not shift correctly. What year is the E or F 450? If it's still under warranty, the dealer will have to fix it for free. If not, don't take it to a dealer, you'll need to take it to a professional auto mechanic and they'll either fix it or replace the transmission with a rebuilt one. Either way it's lots of money.

Forgive this if it seems I am being condescending; I promise I am not. You have already answered half of your problem. The Cruise will NOT work when it thinks you have your foot on the brake. I would suggest you start at the brake light switch first. It may have simply slipped back in the bracket, causing the brake light to come on. If a barrel clip type bracket and you can push the switch back into its closed position, my guess is your problems will both go away.

To clean the DPF, the vehicle needs to be driven at 50-60 mph for an uninterrupted minimum time of 15 minutes. (Motorway?). If it won't go over 25mph that's a problem. You need a garage that has computer software, that can put the vehicle into forced regeneration. Other option is to have the DPF removed and the ECU reprogrammed, but there is a question about the legality of doing that.
