In the diagram, pull starter relay, use jumper wire between cavities 30 and 87, if possible, the starter should crank. If you try that, make sure tranny is in park or neutral and the parking brake is set. Terminals 85 and 86 are the control side of relay. Terminals 30 and 87 are the load side of relay. The control side of relay needs voltage and ground. The load side of relay, terminal 30 is hot all the time. W/o testing I don't know the problem?

What about it ? PATS - passive anti-theft system . There is nothing that you will be able to do > Have it towed to the ford dealer or have a locksmith come by . These ford PATS system need special tools to diagnose them . If someone were to mess with it , not knowing ,well it could make your vehicle useless . Or cost you a lot of money . So do yourself an take it the dealer .
