2007 chevy silveado 5.3 12000 miles on it Started
Is this a 1500 Silverado? I looked at my database, didn't see pcmb fuse? These databases are not always correct. On some gm makes and models, the pcmb fuse supplies voltage to both the pcm and fuel pump. Unplug the fuel pump, see if fuse still blows? If it does, it's not the fuel pump. Can't rule out wiring circuits? Has this vehicle sat for a long time?

2007 Chevy Silverado 3500 HD - Rear Brakes are
Generally speaking, the front brakes do most of the work of stopping--typically between 70-90%. The potential reasons for your truck's rear brakes wearing abnormally quickly include:
--the adjuster(s) on your rear drum brakes were adjusted too tight. (I'm pretty sure you have drum brakes in the rear.)
--You are doing a lot of heavy towing or hauling which is transferring more of the weight to the rear brakes. You'd have to be doing this often, though, and frequently meeting or exceeding the capacity of your vehicle to tow or haul.
--The proportioning valve, the master cylinder or a brake line somewhere is damaged, causing more hydraulic pressure than is correct to be applied to the rear brakes.
-- Your parking brake cable is kinked or damaged, causing the rear brakes to constantly rub. You'd likely smell burning brakes and notice heat from the wheels.
-- Your rear drum brakes are clogged up with brake dust and the springs cannot properly retract the brake shoes, resulting in constant rubbing.
Most likely one of these issues is your problem if you have premature rear brake wear.
Who's have a wiring diagram for a chevy truck
They have one at a dealer and will usually print you one off for nothing. They have them in MOTORS MANUALS at your public library and you can make a copy. Lastly they have repair manuals for sale on ebay for a few bucks, which almost always have wiring schematics in them, and then you have help for all your other issues.
