My car is a Malibu chevrolet 2007 and I found out
It could be a few thing's an doing electrical circuit testing with a voltmeter is the only way to find the problem's . The turn signals are controlled by the BCM - body control module , do you know what that is ? A electronic module . Looking at a wiring I see the BCM supply's B+ power through the rear fuse box to the right turn signal bulb on the lite blue wire at the bulb connector , the black wire is ground an connected at G403 . Having a full vehicle module scan may show DTC'S - diagnostic trouble codes . If you don't know about automotive electrical an electronics your best bet ,take it to a qualified repair shop. Automatic headlamps - same thing controlled by the BCM ,warning buzzers too .
How to change the oil pressure sending unit for a 2007 Chevy malibu
I know this this is awful old, but seriously It was hard to find and now having replaced the Oil pressure sensor in my 2007 Malibu Maxx Hatchback (3.5 L Engine). I can assuredly tell you where it is.
It's right above the Oil Filter on the front bottom side of the engine. I accessed it from under the car. It's cramped, You'll find removing the starter motor useful. There is a heat shield over it, but I couldn't get to the nuts easily, but found I didn't need to remove the heat shield. The sensor took a 22mm deep socket (mine was 1/2" drive). to get it out, and back in.
It's number 1 in the figure below that was a screenshot from the Ebsco Automanual website - the only source that actually knew where thing thing was located. You can see the filter below and the starter motor.
I have a gas leak on my 2007 malibu maxx i was told i need a fuel pump how is that possible
GM had a fuel pump module problem back in those years where the plastic broke , where the delivery hose hooked up to . This caused a substantial leak ,you can't really see the broke part till you drop the tank . I don't know if this was a problem on Malibu's ,I saw this on cobalt's . There was a Factory recall on some ! With a TSB - technical service bulletin ! I'd have a second opinion , call the dealer also .
How do you change the fuel sending unit on a Chevy
The fuel "level" sending unit is located on the side of the fuel pump module, see red arrow on picture below. The fuel tank will need to be dropped and the fuel pump module removed in order to replace the fuel level sending unit. You can expect to pay a couple hours of labor to remove the tank and replace the level sending unit.
the fuel tank pressure sensor is located on top of the fuel pump module. The fuel tank will still need to be lowered to get at it but the fuel pump module does not need to be removed from the tank to replaced it. I’m happy to assist further over the phone at

How far can i go on reserve gas
Reserve is about 10% of the tanks capacity. 15 gallon tank is 1.5 gallons at the empty mark. 30 MPG would be 45 miles. Just a note though, don't trust your gas gauge...
2007 Malibu error when turning key on no start
Your vehicle has a theft system installed. What has happened is the Computer has detected the wrong theft data from the ignition cylinder. Sometimes trying a different key will temporarily start the vehicle. The other option is try to start the car, when it sees the key failure, leave the key on for 10 minutes. Repeat the procedure 3 times for a total of 30 minutes. On the fourth attempt it should start. If those two options fail, you will have to take it to a repair shop the can dignose theft concerns.
Did engine swap turn key on get ERROR
You may have forgotten to connect something, or you may have pinched a wire or two while installing engine. If your battery was fully charged and went dead this would be a sign of pinched wires (short). Carefully look in your engine compartment and go back over everything you did step by step. I believe you will find your problem. GOOD LUCK FRIEND.
How do you change the fuel sending unit on a 2003 duramax diesel
2 ways this can be done 1 lift the bed of the truck offso you can get to the top of the tank where the sender is located ( 8 bolts 4 on each side, three 9/32 screw aound filler neck and 1 or 2 plugs for tail lamps. Th other option is to drop the tank down by removing filler neck hose from tank and 2 straps held in with 15 mm bolts , It would also be helpful if the tank is as empty as possible...good luck
2007 change spark plugs
take off the oil filler cap and neck, and remove that big plastic cover. Take off the Intake boot, and from there it is pretty straitforward. The labor guide calls for 1 hour to do the job
Malibu overheating
Your cooling fan is not coming on when engine is warmed up. Could be the fan motor is broken. You can check this by checking the fan operation when the a/c is on and engine is warmed up. Look at the fans and see if one or two are on. If both are on then your temperature relay is unplugged or broken. If just one fan is on then most likely the fan that's not on is broken.
