There is no relay in the starter system, there is a battery isolation relay that is triggered when the airbags are deployed in a crash, it shuts down the whole electrical systsm. THERE IS NO FUSE AT THE TOUAREG FOR THE SIDE MIRRORS.IF THE MOTORS NOT WORKING IT MIGHT BE THE MOTORS AT THE MIRRORS.LET ME KNOW IF U NEED MORE
