Pull the battery and have a parts store check it to see if it has a bad cell or two. It is possible that even though you charged it, the battery just won't work for you. Hope that helps.

If for some reason the clutch was originally not installed properly, it could cause the clutch to go out a lot sooner than it should have.
Do you ever smell a funny "clutch" smell when you drive the car or after you park it?
Did anyone else drive the car besides you?
Did you leave it anywhere for maintenance or service?

Sounds like a bad Starter

i took the car into Winner ford to see if it was the lower control arm bushing again. i also had the oil changed and part of the oil change service includes the lube service, of which the steering stop bushings were lubed. the noise is gone. i have had the lower control arm replaced once (car had only 1500 miles, now 3300) it had sounded like an old man with arthritus!

I have this sane issue on a 2006 Mustang, I thought it was the Clutch, have been adv's by for it is not, but I am not to sure, happend 1st and 2nd gear

Are you sure your car isn't still under warranty? A trans. shouldn't be bad yet on your car. Check with the dealer about any TSB's on your car. TSB stands for Tech. Service Bulletin.

If brake warning lamp does not illuminate at these times, seek service immediately. Illumination after releasing the parking brake indicates low brake fluid level and the brake system should be inspected immediately. so why would self test fail?? well check all FUSES FIRST? skip none, the only confusion with clusters is evolution! 3 generations if it. new cars the cluster is all electronic,and all actions are from the CPU in the cluster and the CAN-BUS network data to it. so we use OBD2 scan tool at the OBD2 port. BUT ? then older cars for sure 2000 year. are 1/2 and digital and 1/2 wired analog devices. for sure error lamps (warn) to oil sender or to hand brake or to the brake fluid low switch. the lamps on the rear twist out. why not just swap 2 lamps side to side, to prove it good or buy new lamp. some lamps (gee 23 years) old can be for sure intermittent. (micro cracks in the tungsten element happens easy for sure car bouncing,(for 100 years) or some one put in WRONG LED LAMPS here. or lamp in socket was twisted and bulb wrecked. or windshield crack allowed water to hit cluster and socks there, are rusty (corrosion) seen this vast times or PCB board in side again micro-cracks in solder joints. for same reasons, vibration driving. looking at your cluster for sale (googled) this cluster is 1/2 digital and analog 2 huge connectors and lots of wires. 8 pin and 16pin? i will find a schematic later for this cluster. to see what is there. the link above will take you (paid) to the SM and chapter on electrics + cluster,= BINGO good lock finding cause. use a new lamp or do swaps side to side from lamps working now. is best. look at lamp socket for corrosion.

(I can not see it stall or hear it) there are a huge list of causes and 20 or more tests I can do a 100 pages text, just on this. causes are vast. test 1: with fast right foot at start can you keep it running????? ever get a tune up fully in 25 years>? oops test 2 of 100 start engine with , radio and blower and head lamps all on do they all go dead at STALL, (as engine stalls ) try new spark spark plugs and HV wire sets, if distributor there, cap and rotor new? (not there sure) but wire sets are. there. spark plugs 200k miles old? 100k is max max. clean filters? battery main 12vdc charged fully and lugs clean.? oil lever good fuel pressure good engine cylinder compression tests pass. over 150psi. if all electrics die at stall that means some kind if 12vdc power loss. fuses all good? scan the PCM is best to see if it sees errors, called DTC, like P03xx errors that kill spark. or show any problems. and more we must scan first, or waste vast amounts if time gue$$ing looks like all 3 engines use wasted spark , no distributor one engine has 3 coil pack to run 6cylinders. others have 2x2 packs the V*8 I will stop here NO ENGINE TOLD AT All and I flat refuse to do all 3. the car needs service, using tools and skills. you can check fuse you can scan it, you can try to start the engine in Neutral. or start car with driven wheels (L/R) raised unloading tranny if it is jammed. jumper cable jump starts off line other car running , battery theirs this solves 12vdc power uses on some.

you did it wrong./ most cars to make 2nd key or more needs 1 good key to start rule #2 the lock smith only makes keys , and can NOT fix the bad parts in the car, key receiver, or PCM or BCM or there marriage . no can do, only autorepair shops or dealer. t this is by law, and it works, cars can not be stolen, and is why you fail to know, (this is all by DESIGN and laws here USA) other countries can be less or more strict, not told yours.
