its your steering dampener. It is inadequate. If you dont get it fixed it could eventually snap your dampener off of your front axle where it is welded. This happened to mine. Jeep is aware of the problem, but doesn't like aknowledging it because it is referred to as the "death wobble." Jeep fixed it by putting an upgraded steering dampener on and i haven't had the problem since

Accessory power ports are not working and fuses
Sometimes the ports have a fuse built on the back. you will need to check and be sure that there is power going to them, if so, the fuse may be bad that is mounted on the back of the port.

I can't remove the jack from my 2009 wrangler - it...
First off, I would hope that in the 3 months since you had posted the problem, that you have since figured it out or had someone show you. If not, do you have your owner's manual? After loosening the lock, it's just a matter of a good pull or maybe the lever action of a long scew driver to pop it loose. Kind of frustrating when you're on the side of the road in the rain trying to change your tire though... Good Luck!

Fuel flow. Either simply, a blocked fuel line (debris / filter / fouled gas) or an electronic issue. Ever let this Jeep run bone dry on gas? Hopefully not, as doing so can draw a lot of crud into your fuel lines from the bottom of the tank. Electronically, if part of the Jeep "brain" has gone bad, there may not be any fuel being routed to the engine. This most likely needs a Jeep mechanic to repair.

My a/c heat control knob
Switch housing failure. Most likely a simple, broken part in the switch housing. At one point you had the defrost/face in the on position and when you switched it to face / feet, is when this little piece broke off. So now (internally) it cannot be switched from on to the other. Also may have shorted and/or begun to melt a bit. Providing that I am correct, the part can be as inexpensive as $17. Buy a Chilton or Haynes manual. Not too difficult. Good Luck!

My wrangler has the esp and obd lights on?
It is an ECM (electronic computer module) issue. You have either a sensor failure or an actual mechanical problem that has been detected by the computer and your OBD (on board diagnostics) is attempting to identify it. See OBD code. Since your ESP light is also on, chances are the problem is electronic and deals with detecting traction problems while driving.
Depending on the age of the vehicle, it could as simple as an O2 sensor or fuel filter... Or a spendy computer part.
A reputable shop can scope the problem and identify the OBD code, then you will know. Good luck!

Fuel spills out during fueiling
this is because the air can't get out of the tank as the gas displaces it. You have a vent pipe that is restricted. Some vents are incorporated into the filler pipe, some run next to it. Look for a kinked hose.
ALso, try not inserting the nozzle too far into the filler pipe and see if that helps.
Call your dealer service department and ask if there is a TSB or if it's been an issue for others too.

This must be proprietary information because service information was not listed on my online research site.
Perhaps the vehicle is too new to publish such data.
I wish you luck in finding the information elsewhere.
Maybe, purchasing the Haynes or Chilton Manual would give a specific diagram.
