2007 Chrysler Town & Country LX New Cars - Answered Questions & Fixed issues
How does the vsc+trc and engine check light on
vehicle stability control and traction control work together so if one turns on the other usually turns on at the same time, the fact the engine light turned on as well makes me think it could be a voltage issue. possibly weak battery. tsc and trc are very sensitive to voltage changes and so are emission control on the engine. so in theory the low voltage would cause all three light to turn on. a generic drb2 would be able to scan the engine light code, so if it has anything pertaining to voltage I am sure that would be your problem

Change the right wheel sensor. I changed my right rear hub assembly and now the code, traction and ABS light has shut off
Replacing rear disc breaks for a 2007 chrysler
use the bleeder valve to release pressure and push the pads back , look carefully and you will find the screws that hold the housing in place
dont forget to bleed the brakes before testing on the road
My 2007 Chrysler T&C is in limp mode Please
Could be at least a dozen different causes. YOu're assuming that it has to do with your wiring. But you really don't know until you get trouble codes read. Guessing is not diagnosing. Get the codes read and THEN post the code here andask for help if you can't figure it out.
Air conditioner in 2000 town and country van is
Sure the AC is working? If so, the suction line to the compressor should be nice and cold to the touch and sweating. If that checks out, and the fan is working, then the issue has to be with the device/switch that directs the cold air from the evaporator to your dash vents. That could be a PIA because it might just be inside the dashboard.
FM radio works, why not AM?
Check for a good connection from the fender mounted antenna,by the glove box area there is another connection from ant it may be unplugged
AC compressor clutch wont engage
Compressor will not run if freon charge low. If you want it to run supply direct power and ground to back of compressor. I do not recommend a home recharge as you will not be able to evacuate the moisture in the system and inject adequate amounts of oil
2006 Town & Country no air conditioning
The plug kit was maybe a 10 dollar part + freon & labor you could have gotten it cheaper, evaporator leakage would be common on any make but seems chrysler has had more of them because there are more of them on the road compared to the other makes.Climate (salt belt region) and vibration are contributing factors to failure but that will apply to any vehicle no matter the make.

Where is the low sde a/c port on a 2007 3.8 Chrysler T & C Minivan? I can't find it.
You need a repair shop that does A/C work
If you have to add to the system-you know that how?
If that is the case, it leaked out & your poluting the air
& plan on adding more, so it can leak out also!
Has to be leak tested & find out what issues there may be
A/C work is NOT for the home owner & not for some auto
repair folks either ,without training & system knowledge
Freon ---WAS a Dupont only trade name,No longer used
Add a little?
How much, how would you know how much?
Could you hurt your self-yes
Would you let air into the system & ruin it-you bet you would
Coolent fans don't work
It probably wasn't the relay to begin with. Go to the library and get a copy of the Chiltons repair book for your car. Those fans are controlled by a thermocouple somewhere in the radiator fluids as it runs through either the block or the intake manifold. There is a sensor in there somewhere. Find the sensor and replace it. Or, you can find a good radiator shop in your area and have him find it and replace it.
