How can i burn out the check engine light bulb

The bulb is integral with the dash so the only real way to get it to turn off is to repair the related problem that is causing it to turn on. I know that it's a pain when the lamp is on but it serves as an important warning device for dozens of vital engine and emission related functions that can cause some pretty nasty and very expensive engine or converter damage if not caught in time so I''d advise against disabling the bulb for this reason.

Most of these systems have a filter somewhere. Swap it to a new one and use some air purifier spray, same as those used to spray inside the car to clean or purify the air condition systems. This should solve this problem.

How can you tell your a/c is ready to replace it`s

To tell if the ac coolant requires replacement the car will not cool when the sun is out and at all time you might have to put the car ac in coolest to enable a little bit of cold air.

Also the back seat will not be cool except the car is running on the highway.

Gas might be leaking somewhere.

Good luck

I think it would be a good car for a taxi. They get really good gas mileage. They aren't real difficult to work on and maintain. They also have a good warranty that comes with it, but you shouldn't have too many problems when buying a new car.

Can i hook up 2 12' subs to my elantra

Hi cofa,

Sure. Don't expect it to blow out any windows or anything.

The best plan would be to try them out before you mount them

That way you can tell if more power is necessary to bring up that bottom end.

And if so, look at amplifiers to do it.

Best regards
Mike

Car will begin to crank but the engine will not

The next time it happens, try removing the ignition coil and have it tested at a local auto parts store. Also, the fuel pump pressure should be tested with a gauge. Could be a intermitent problem with either.

HOW CAN I ADJUST THE DIRECTION OF WINDOW WASH ON

its easy actually, but it will take some trial and error to get it right.

1.) you need a small pin (a needle will do)

2.) gently insert the pin in the small hole (dont force it)
be careful forcing it will open the hole
3.) apply pressure in an upward , downward left or right manner to shift the direction and position of the hole

4.) test and ensure its lined up correctly. Repeat realigning if necessary.

Thats it your done.

Car wont start clicking near drivers side fuse

try getting a jump start or if it has a manual transmission a roll start. could be a solenoid or relay, but probably a low battery, if jumping it or roll start doesn't help then it's a relay

CAR JERKING AROUND 30,000 MILES

check the fluid for the color and smell.if the color is dark or the smell is burnt, your tranny have internal problems, also early hyundais had a lot of problems with the transmisions, internal failure as well as the valve bodies goin bad,if the service was done and you still have the problem its likely that your transmision needs a better diagnostic,if you are under warranty then there should be no problem.

The water it doesnt come out when i pull

Hi
Firstly do you hear the water pump working???
Have you filled the water in the washer bucket???
If answere is YES...
The jets are clogged...All you have to do is take a thin needle and clean the jets from where the water comes out. The best way to do is to first tell someone to pull the washer while you clean the jets from outside...

If the answere is NO..
Then first check the fuse ment for the washer ..... and change fuse if necessary else the washer pump is Kaaputt.. you may need to change ths same.
