Bmw 2007 x5 where's the fuse for drivers side window
Right hand side panel in the cargo bay. Check this location first. With luck the fuse will be located here. If not, the fuse will be under the passenger side kick panel. the bottom of this panel will need to be removed (3 screws), unplug wires, then look for a green screw, loosen it and the fuse box will swing down. Somewhat.
Good Luck

After changing the battery there is no heat or air
When you change the battery, you should take off the negative
pole first and then disconnect the positive pole. wait at least 30 min and connect the positive pole first and the negative last.
Sometimes you have to drive your vehicle at least 10 miles so the car computer will acknowledge the change.

Fuse box location
BMW fuse boxes are generally located in a little drop-down shelf that lives in the glove box. Open up the glove box and look on the "ceiling" of it for a little toggle that allows the fuse panel to fall down.

Fuse box diagram
Instead of wasting time searching for the exact location, why not just remove each fuse 1 by 1, and replacing them as you go so you don't mix them up. If you have any blown fuses, you will find it in under 30 seconds. If you don't know the difference between a good vs blown fuse, ill post a picture to help you identify.

Vehicle will not start even
The chances of your problem being CAUSED by a fuse are ZERO. Fuses do not cause electrical failures. Electrical failures cause blown fuses.
If the battery was dead and has now been replaced, the MOST LIKELY cause of your problem is that the antitheft system "thinks" that somebody has tried to steal your car and has disabled engine starting.
Try this: LOCK your vehicle using the remote lock on your key fob. Wait approximately 5 minutes for the security system to "time out" then UNLOCK the car, again using the remote. Then immediately get in and try to start the engine. If ths does not work, your security system or one of the other systems on your vehicle needs service. You will have to tow it in for diagnosis. (Computer REQUIRED!)

Replaced Battery but battery light
It's not a fuse. You need the lights reset with an OBII scanner. BMW or any specialty shop can do it for you, some parts stores also and most will do it FREE.
