Horn repair at steering colomn
the center section where the horn button is should slide out with some resistance. then one large nut holds the steering wheel on usually accompanied by 2 or 3 small bolts to hold the horn actuator down. it takes a gear puller to actually remove the steering wheel. as for the steering column itself it's a conglomeration of lag screws and plastic covers.
Heater not as warm as it should be.

Fuel gauge not working coming
nissan has issues with sending units in your type truck. nissan extended the warantee on those up to 72k miles, so if your truck has less than 72k go to your local friendly nissan dealer and they should replace it for FREE. If you have more than 72k on it, than you will need to remove the gas tank to replace sending unit. and of course you will need a specialty tool to open the gas tank top. there is a big retainer ring that you need to take off to get inside of the tank to replace sensding unit. so to sum it up, if you have less than 72k go to a dealer. if more than 72k you will need to doit your self.
