If the shake changed by changing tires,you may be close to the fix.Sure sounds like a wheel or tire or rotor is out of balance.I would have all of the wheel/tires balanced on a NAME BRAND freshly calibrated dynamic motorized wheel balancer.

Hello Zepol2345, Sounds like your trouble shooting (logic) is SPOT-ON and your description of your trouble... is also quite excellent, informative & helpful... Problem is.. I looked at the FACTORY DRAWINGS they are quite disappointing... (useless)... I have been (professionally) analyzing drawings for a life time. Their normal intent is to inform and assist in trouble location: Yours shows a relay.. another box with another relay Some disjointed gibberish that looks like diodes in a "MICOM" box that only show a "TEMP" box inside of that. I am able to conclude from this "STUFF"... We (you) are on our own This is were the UNINFORMED use element prices to do an "Easter egg hunt" (technical term: process of elimination). From what you have said... you should mark your last removed part as a "GOOD SPARE" and move on... My experience has been: If NOT the thermal switch... then FAN MOTOR (they seem interchangeable (left / right)... Your engine might run cooler... but the A/C could overheat (over-heated A/C can cause HIGH PRESSURE and RESULTING BLOWN seal problems... Not a good idea... (and no gauges or lights to WARN) >> (so I DO NOT recommend this approach) move on to the relays (Sorted by cost... less than the motors... Kia's generally have a clutch switch on manual transmission models and a park/neutral switch on automatics. These will stop the engine from cranking if not the clutch is not depressed or if the auto transmission is not in the Park or Neutral positions. If these are faulty they could be the cause of your problem. If your vehicle has a manual transmission, try push starting. If it starts then we know it is a problem only on the cranking side. Im assuming when you say everything works that you are getting battery and oil lights etc when you turn on the ignition? The other option is to access the starter motor and, with the ignition in the on position, manually crank it by temporarily bridging a wire from the big main power terminal to the small one. If the engine starts then the problem lies in the switches, ignition or wiring. If your car is a manual, try bridging out the two wires on the clutch switch eliminate it as a problem.

Are you sure this is not the low oil pressure warning light, bet that it is. The white smoke may be from a blown head gasket, any shop can tell you just by the smell of the smoke, if it smells "sicky Sweet" then it is coolant being burned in the engine and you have big problems.

Basically fix the ABS. The chime comes threw the radio. I guess you could put in an after market radio. That would do it also. You can't cut the communication wire to it, then the factory radio wouldn't work

sounds like you may have water in the fuse box, or under the carpets, check that first. have you had windshield replaced lately, is there a sunroof? check drains

Multiple possible problems, low freon, imprope install of serpentine belt, or more likely suction hose collapse due to faulty part design. If freon low pressure between 45~55 pounds pressure and serpentine belt properly routed around idler pully between compressor and alternator, then suspect suction line collapse which literally starves the compressor at idle and constricts the compressor at all speeds. If you have third row. Look at the slots in the floor. If the outer slots are the same distance apart, front and back, then you can. Some vans you can, but some the captains chair are spaced further apart.

Does the computer give any codes? Check for the proper oil level. If OK, do an oil pressure test to see if its within specs. If it is then the oil sending unit is probably bad.
