Our headrest on our 2013 Chrysler T&C popped open and won't go back together.

The Chrysler Group LLC issued a safety recall back in 2013 for AHR-equipped vehicles. About 500,000 vehicles were recalled. The problem was thought to be with a microcontroller, but this did not fix the issue. AHR continued to be installed and headrests continued to burst haphazardly. Yours is in recall list. https://phelanpetty.com/blog/chrysler-dodge-ram-vehicles-may-have-faulty-head-restraint-systems/ https://www.ktblegal.com/blog/2018/august/chrysler-jeep-dodge-active-headrest/ https://www.justanswer.com/chrysler/7jwju-chrysler-200-2013-chrysler-200-headrest-will-not-pop-back.html

Where is the transmission sensor located on a 2008 Chrysler Town and Country 3.3 engine

For the 2008 Chrysler Town and Country, the transmission uses both an input (or turbine) speed sensor and an output speed sensor. These sensors help the transmission control module (TCM) understand the speed of the input shaft and the speed of the output shaft, allowing the TCM to adjust shifts and maintain optimal performance. Location: Generally, on this model:
  • The Input/Turbine Speed Sensor is located on the front of the transmission, close to the transmission cooler lines.
  • The Output Speed Sensor is located on the front side of the transmission, typically more toward the driver's side.
However, accessing the exact location can sometimes be difficult due to other components in the way, and visibility may be limited. Replacement Procedure: Here's a basic procedure for replacing these sensors:
  1. Safety First: Disconnect the negative terminal from the battery to ensure safety.
  2. Locate the speed sensor on the transmission.
  3. Unplug the electrical connector from the sensor.
  4. Use a socket or wrench to remove the bolt holding the sensor in place.
  5. Remove the sensor. Sometimes they can be a bit snug or stuck due to dirt and grime.
  6. Install the new sensor. Ensure that it's seated properly.
  7. Reconnect the electrical connector.
  8. Reconnect the battery terminal.
  9. Clear any transmission codes using an OBD-II scanner.
Difficulty: The process isn't typically too challenging for someone with basic mechanical skills. However, the difficulty can arise if the sensors are stuck or if there's limited space to access them. Having the right tools and perhaps a flexible socket extension can make the process smoother. It's always a good idea to refer to a repair manual specific to your vehicle for detailed instructions and illustrations. If in doubt, or if you encounter challenges, you might want to consult with a mechanic or professional before proceeding. Lastly, the confusion online might stem from the various changes and designs Chrysler has used over the years, and the terminology might vary between sources. It's always best to cross-reference with a reputable repair manual or a trusted mechanic.

Chrysler 300 touring had crack in overflow tank and ran hot(not in the red)?

P0430 means the Cat has been damaged. P0622 means the alternator is not charging properly. Etc etc. Probably the general cause is a broken wire.

Where is my fuel filter located on my 2010 chrysler sebring limited? im not even finding replacement parts

On some vehicles the fuel filter is actually built into the fuel pump so it is located inside the fuel tank. I think from 2009 the Sebring used this type of filter so you won't find a filter on it's own as a part. Unless your vehicle has above average mileage you don't really need to worry about changing the filter until it's 5 years old or 50,000 miles (whichever comes first). To replace the filter you will need to replace the entire fuel pump assembly. For this you might need to drop the fuel tank out from under the car.

2004 Chrysler Town & Country program van keys unlock doors do anyone know to program the remote

Programming requires knowledge of a code which requires a call to the manufacturer even by a locksmith. And it takes time for the locksmith to get a call back. Probably a fee is involved even for the locksmith, something the locksmith likely passes along as part of the bill. But such is a less expensive route than getting the dealer to do it. I don't think you are going to otherwise encounter someone who knows how to program it as they would have to know the code/pin. I am assuming you have not just tried to replace the battery in the fob.

My 2010 chrysler sebring ac/heater fan cuts off when I turn it to max speed ,but all other speeds work

There could be a few potential causes for this issue. One possibility is that the motor for the fan is worn out or faulty, causing it to cut off at the highest speed. Another possibility is that there is an issue with the electrical connection or the fan control module. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue:
  1. Check the fuse: Locate the fuse box in your car and check if the fuse related to the fan or HVAC system is blown. Replace it if necessary.
  2. Inspect the fan motor: Open the hood and locate the fan motor. Visually inspect it for any signs of damage or wear. If you notice any issues, such as a broken fan blade or worn-out motor, it may need to be replaced.
  3. Test the motor: Disconnect the electrical connector from the fan motor. With the car turned on, use a multimeter to test if there is power going to the motor when the fan is set to the highest speed. If there is power, but the fan still cuts off, the motor may need to be replaced.
  4. Check the fan control module: The fan control module is responsible for regulating the fan speed. It is typically located near the fan motor. Check for any signs of damage or loose connections. If necessary, replace the control module.
If you are unsure or uncomfortable performing these steps yourself, it is recommended to consult a professional mechanic who can diagnose and fix the issue with your AC/heater fan.

I have a flat battery and now cant use my FOB key to open my Chrysler Grand Voyager. Manual Key won't open either.

Put a battery charger positive lead on the big red starter cable under the car and the negative lead on an clean bolt head. This will give you enough power to open the doors. But your key should open the door.

I have a 2002 Chrysler Concorde 3.5. I have crank, no start.

Ah the old 'Let's try replacing this' method of car repair. It doesn't work and is expensive. The Yellow OBD (on board diagnostics) Light is telling you there is a problem and if you connect a Professional Grade Scan Tool Computer, it will give codes and tell you exactly what the problem is. You can't guess, you need a mobile auto electrician. https://www.google.com/search?q=auto+electrician+near+me ..

2016 Chrysler 200 had a diagnostic today 6/8/23 a different dealer & what I was told is that the vehicle has a recall & the software update didn't fixed the problem.

All recalls are free!! I don't understand why you are saying $800. Recalls are voluntary by the factory, or mandated by the NHTSA. There is no charge because it was a mistake from the factory when it was sold. https://www.google.com/search?q=2016+chrysler+200+recalls ..
