Why does oil look milky, not like coffee, kinda dark and thinck?

It definitely sounds like there is moisture in your oil. How long has it been since the oil was changed? Has the car sat very long? Has it overheated?

Where is the cooling fan sensor located?

The coolant temperature sensor is an input to the engine computer PCM , if there were a problem with the sensor the engine light would be on , is your check engine light on ? There is a fan control relay an a fan controller - electronic module ! If your cooling fans are not working look for one of these being bad ! GT Fan Control Module I have searched the internet for a fan control module for an 03 eclipse gt. I am not sure if that's the exact term for it but, it's the "box" on the back of the driver side radiator fan that connects the three connector plugs that controls the fans into it. My problem is that neither radiator fan works but, when I tap the back of the box the driver side fan try's to come on but will not stay on. The car will overheat if left sitting for awhile, I haven't let it completely overheat and turned it off before it got too hot. When I'm driving it stays in the normal range about half way up the gauge but if I stop it starts going up. If anyone knows where I can get one of these "boxes" that would greatly help me. Thanks

Why would the water temp go up when running slow or stopped?

You need to make sure the radiator fans are working. It is normal that slow driving causes less air to flow through the radiator, hence the uptick in temperature. that is why the fans are supposed to turn on when temperature reaches a certain point. The fans act to pull air through the radiator, and then blow the air on the engine for more cooling. Make sure the coolant and the overflow tank are full. Clean any trash, leaves, or debris on the radiator that may be hindering the flow of air. And check your fans for proper operation.

Did you check the socket that bulb plugs into.I hav seen where they melt for, the hat produced by the bulb.If that isnt the issue,I would suspect the headlight switch. But first stick to basics.Check all the fuses.

I have no dash lights tail light or license light why ?

check the fuses for the lights, if he fuse is good, you can change the brightness of the dash lights, check your manuel for that and check the bulb for the others. it will be most likely a fuse or breaker.

Im working on a mitsubishi L300 van a 4g32 engine carburetor type my issue is that the current coming out from the distributor cap are low sometime it is good but then it will go low again

you might want to try to prime the fuel filter. Open the bleeder - 10mm- and press the pump. See if you have air in the line.

03 Mitsubishi Galant.... Virtually all the front suspension was replaced less than a year ago. Has developed a single popping noise mainly when taking off from a stop and or turning.

Some things to check:
  • CV axles (a telltale sign of bad or wearing axles is noise)
  • Suspension bushings (sway bar bushings, etc)
  • Motor mounts (including transmission mounts)
  • Control arms/ball joints (some aftermarkets fail out of the box)
  • Strut mounts (worn or faulty strut mounts can cause noise)
  • Proper torque spec for all suspension components

Mitsubishi Chariot. It cuts off when I try to pick up speed.

You have a module issue, but which one, Throttle Position sensor, Throttle body, MAF, Crankshaft, or Camshaft, or a bad connection. An auto electrician with a pro grade scan tool can diagnose. https://www.google.com/search?q=mobile+auto+electrician+near+me ..

Crank no start/fuel 2004 Mitsubishi Lancer

Well, you need 3 things for an engine to run; air, fuel and spark. Air from the air ducting through the air filter, the fuel from the pump usually in tank to fuel filters {pressurized} into the injectors for fuel. Spark is a bit trickier; you have a cam sensor, crank sensor, coil packs, spark plugs. There are more components in each of these 3 classes so unless you are familiar; it's best to take it to a mechanic.
