This will be tedious and time consuming, but it is the only way to find the problem. Disconnect the negative battery cable and connect a multimeter leads set for 10 amps and read the draw on the system. Now remove each fuse one at a time. If the draw is still there. put the fuse back in and move to the next one. Do this until the meter reads zero. That fuse will identify what is causing the problem

Hi Earl there is a drain hole in the bottom of the the heater box it could be blocked. When the car is running and aircon is on it should leak out on the road through a small pipe. if the ground is dry under the car after running a while it must be blocked. The easiest way to clear it would to blow up it gently with an air line to go downwards would involve a lot of work. Hope this helps. Regards Jim...

Mfr's will invariably deny claims stemming from their own design flaws. Consult a lawyer because you might have a claim under federal implied warranty of fitness for use and implied merchantability. As attorney a trade for a different model could be arranged without which the dealer would use your misfortune caused by them to rip you off again.

Cam sensor circuit issue.

Did you check the radio, or stereo system? are the lights on the stereo system still on? If not find the defective fuse. When you still see lights, still the power amp can be defect or its fuse. Or just a bad contact in the power cable going to the amplifier. So many things that can go wrong. If you don't look under the hood, you won't find a cause. As a tech it could cost me half an hour to fine what is wrong when I had to investigate it myself. Almost impossible to pinpoint the exact cause. I only can give hints were to look.

I believe the timer is built into the radio, so maybe a rest will return it to the original functions. Disconnecting the battery may reset it but check to ensure it won't need a security code to get it to work again.

hmmm need a look myself here as i think they employ monkeys and not mechanics or they have not replaced anything at all ,most common reason for this noise is the drive coupling nearest the wheel end ,never heard of a diff unit causing this noise unless ?? the drive shaft is too long and its its pushing on the diff unit or the track control arm is too short from a different model which would have the same result ,no i do feel this is a drive coupling and they are taking you for a ride on the cost of all this work

something is rubbing underneath by tires or maybe a bad axle or ball joint or wheel bearing,could even be a stuck caliper,you will have to look at your tires on backside to check your ball joints,

temperature sensor in engine or radiator turns fan on and off.
