My first question to you would be is why? They hardly ever go bad. If you're having hard start, or "starving for fuel" conditions I would first run out (down) the majority of fuel in the tank then replace the fuel filter; you run it towards empty so that if you have a tank of bad gas it can cause a motor to behave badly. One you change the filter, put some fresh fuel in. If that doesn't help you should look at the fuel pump; you should have around 42 to 45psi on the out feed side of the pump. Once you have gone through those steps, then start looking at the damper.

Not essential, but you may find engine will idle fast, most throttle bodies with coolant flowing through them have a thermostat inside to raise idle when engine coolant temperature is low...

Blocking off heater won't harm anything, just run hose to bypass heater core...

1. Check the scan data for engine temperature to see if it shows that the engine is running hot. The ECM will turn the A/C relay off if it thinks that the engine is overheating. Check engine coolant temp sensor 2. Test voltage at the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) pin 50 (Yellow) and pin 58 Yellow/Black. Both should have battery voltage when the system is turned on and the engine is running. If not, then the wiring needs to be checked. 3. If battery voltage is present on the two pins, then manually ground pin 68 (Orange) at the PCM and this should ground the A/C relay and the clutch should engage. 4. If it does, verify that the PCM powers and grounds and connections are good.

as per all elect, issues, check fuses first, we TEST THEM. make sure battery is not low.. make sure trailer is unplugged. (yah , im blind here) dont work on all 4 corners? or just dash lamp dead, ? do the emergency flashers work?

Sounds like you need a new oxygen sensor and maybe a catalytic converter.

bosch or NGK mag wires are best. plugs any you want , if car short miles car, every year go cheap plugs , if hard to reach go best plugs. I like NGK the best, but there are other good brands.

To locate the IPS (Intelligent Power Switch) control module in your Hyundai Azera: Open the hood of the vehicle. Identify a boxy enclosure (rectangular or square) in the engine compartment.
