My bmw 328 I 2008 won't startno power
Your vehicle is now 5 years old so there is a really good possibility that the battery needs replacing. Try charging it and make sure the terminals and connections are nice and clean. If it won't hold a charge it's time to replace it.
How to Replace the thermostat on 2008 328i BMW
Take off the fan (32mm open wrench - Craftsman at sears). Fan nut is LH thread which means righty loosey, not lefty loosey!!!!. Radiator shroud and fan come out (and go back) as one unit. Take off the belt. Thermostat is directly behind fan. Have the new one first so you know what you are looking for. It is held on by 4 10 mm bolts. Do NOT use any gasket sealer. It will gum up the engine. The thermostat has a rubber o-ring. That's all it needs.
How can I reset the crankshaft position sensor on
If you have replaced it and it is working correctly, you can just erase the code or wait for it to shut off once you have driven it for a few miles. if you erased / reset it and it comes back, there is still a fault.
