There are lots of issues with the multifunction switch for Chrysler

Blend door actuator.......

Underhood fuse box. If lid to box is not labeled then owners manual will show location.

Get a Chiltons/Haynes repair manual for your year/make/model. These are excellent reference books for repair/maintenance of your vehicle and are written for the average bloke. They explain procedures in text and also have pictures. And they list needed tools for given procedure. Or, you could always try YouTube.

take it to an accredited suspension/ steering shop as there indicates a problem in the valves when turning in one direction

Big job, not fun. Get shop manual to prevent damage to parts and to you.

Only four things could cause this. A scanner would point you in the right direction. One is the controller(box?), two is the actuators/motors for the blend doors, three is the wiring, four is the blend door is broken or something is lodged in it to keep it open.

Open the hood and reach behind the headlight cluster. Turn the signal holder counter clockwise to remove it. Pull the bulb out (think they are the wedge type), and replace new one (using paper towel to avoid getting any any grease/oil from your hand on it), you should hera it click in. Now put the signal holder back in turning it clockwise. If doing the other side, the fliter housing has to removed in order to get to the bulbs.

those chrysler engines have camshaft positioning sensors and crankshaft pos. sensors that will make it not fire. but u first need to see if its not getting fuel or fire. its not gettin one or the other

Did you just recently purchase this vehicle? When you first turn the key on (don't start the engine) it does a bulb check. Look to see if the 'Air Bag' light comes on. If not, then you need to replace that bulb. It beeps to let you know the bulb isn't working.
